  I am a developer and I understand how negative feedback can effect someone’s business so i dont leave negative feedback unless I really have to and I have never done it before. Let me first say that Senol is a lovely person with a great personality and I got on with him right away. However, this job was not only poor overall, it was not fit for purpose. senol tiled my bathroom floor and around the bath. The floor is uneven and the edges rubbish. I know that Senol will say that it’s because it was laid in the dark but I did ask him if he could do it and he said yes. Another thing one could argue is that if you work until 8pm in the dark winter months it is advisable to bring a light. I can live with the flooring it is around the bath it really went wrong. This was tiled during daylight hours. The visible cuts are rugged, cut with an angle grinder rather than tile cutter, also the straight cuts. The corner joint gaps variated from no gap to almost 2cm leaving me with enormous silicone seals down both sides. Same along ceiling up to 2.5cm gaps. Several of the tiles are scratched with the grinder leaving clearly visible black marks on white tiles. The worst bit was around the windows. The tiles were fitted so if I had applied enven the thinnest silicone seal I would have sealed the windows shut. I had to remove tiles and refit in order to open and close the window. The window still can’t tilt out for cleaning. I did contact Senol for him to rectify this but he never replied.

  Dan has done an excellent job of repaving my driveway and improving access for my car. He and his team were very polite, courteous, punctual, and communicated everything very clearly. I was very impressed with his efficiency, completing a very difficult job in just one day, to a very high standard and competitive price. Highly recomended. Thank you Dan.

  3 x Rad replacement done for a bedroom. Ihsancan carried out the job quickly, left no mess. Only thing was I had to call him back to come the next day as the heaters were not reaching full capacity which he resolved.

  Patrick has been a saviour and a star for us. After building a new kitchen extension we had been left with a slew of jobs by our former building contractor. Patrick has put up floating shelves, fixed a shower screen, solved some damp issues, several other small tasks and also did a beautiful and caring job laying our engineered wood floor. All to a high standard of finish and after either coming round or carefully consulting with us over what we needed and how we would approach it. After a very rocky ride with our main building contractors Patrick's caring attitude has been a huge relief and we fully recommend him.

  Vladimir takes meticulous care with his tiling. Very happy with the outcome and he was great overall - very good communication and his experience shows with the high quality finish.   Taqee was not as experienced as I anticipated, charged me for fixing a boiler that had no issues. When I called him back to try & rectify this job, he began to avoid my calls & did not get back to me. I would not recommend unfortunately.
