After months of planning every detail of my bathroom renovation, finding the right tiler was one of the most important decisions I made—and I couldn’t have chosen better. The workmanship throughout the project has been absolutely exceptional. The large-format porcelain tiles have been installed with incredible precision, and the porcelain mitre work is simply outstanding. Every edge is sharp, clean, and perfectly aligned, creating the seamless, luxury finish I was hoping for. The attention to detail in the mitres alone shows the level of skill and pride that has gone into this job. My bathroom includes a wet room area, floating wall-hung basin, wall-mounted brassware, and several challenging details that required careful planning and execution. Every element has been completed to an incredibly high standard. I can’t recommend him highly enough, in just three days, he identified and resolved my bathroom leak that could easily have become a much bigger issue. He took the time to thoroughly investigate where the water was coming from, clearly explained his findings and advised on the most sensible next steps before carrying out the work. From start to finish, his work ethic was exceptional. He arrived promptly at 8am every day and worked through until 6:00pm without a single complaint, no matter how demanding or time-consuming the job became. His efficiency was impressive but what stood out even more was the quality of the finish - the bathroom now looks brand new again. Professional, hardworking and meticulous in his standards, he delivered outstanding results in a very short timeframe. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone needing reliable, high-quality building work

My roof was leaking on my mid-terrace house. Billy came out very quickly. and without trying to rip me off by saying that I would need to replace lots of tiles to fix the leak at extra cost, he said that just sealing the area where the water had ingressed would stop the leak. I found Billy to be honest and knowledgeable. Billy told me about potential issues that I will have with my roof in the future, as well as its current state. He took photos as proof that what he was telling me was true. I will add his name to my very short list of reliable tradesmen to call when needed.

DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY HE CAN'T TILE OR GROUT. Very sharp edges left on metal trim, cut thumb badly washing off excess grout left on face of the tiles. Bad grouting, lots of gaps left in corners and all along top edge at length & both ends of bath, big holes left where you can put your fingers down them. 2 cracked tiles left around sink. Sink was moved out due to excessive tile fix and refitted so badly there are holes around tap fittings you can see the floor water drips through. No tile adhesive on wall just around edges of tiles.Tiles protrude 2mm or 3/4inch. Corner tiles butt fitted on top of each other. Cupboard unfinished as Arek unable to fit door HE made to cupboard HE fitted and told me it was because MY wall was not straight? Arek Builders pictures on this site are fakes. Nothing like the job he did at my house. 4 months later I still have no working bathroom. I have to now undertake this re tiling job myself as I cannot afford to lose any more money. I am a 61 year old pensioner and I know I can do a better job of the tiling but wanted to pay someone else to do it quickly especially removing and disposing of the old tiles which Arek Builders left in a very untidy state outside my front window with his own unwanted items. Is this normal? I think not. Everyone who sees my bathroom are disgusted when I say it took 3 days and the workman has 28 years of experience. Only used MyBuilder because they say every workman is thoroughly vetted. Obviously not.

I'm very pleased with the repair that Jack carried out on my garden wall. Even though it was a small job he took the time to do it properly and ensured the bricks that had fallen down were put back straight. It started raining a little on the day causing the cement to run. Jack returned a couple of days later to tidy it up like he said he would. On inspecting the wall today I noticed that the cement on the bricks on the inside of the wall did not look as neat as how it looks on the outside of the wall. Maybe the rain caused the cement to run too much, I don't know. Overall I am pleased though and I've asked Jack to quote for another job.
