Placed an enquiry in relation to having a new boiler fitted, with gas and heating working and Tony got in touch quickly. He came out to see the house and sent a quote which was competitive. An agreement was reached and All fitted within two days. I’m very grateful for getting the job done before Christmas. The heating took a while due to the pipes which needed more work done but with patience our heating was back when it was certainly most needed! We hired Build2Finish (Andy Kerik) to work in a renovation project in our recently bought house. Due to time constraints we could not project manage the works and we were looking for a Principal Contractor that could help us on that front as well. We interviewed a few contractors and we were impressed by Andy’s professionalism and approach to the works. After all formalities and due diligence were done, Andy was able to deploy a team in less than 4 days. As the works started, we suddenly realised there was a lot more to do than originally intended. Unexpected things happened (structural slab at hallway cracked, all ground floor joists were rotten, unexpected levels of rising damp, etc.) and the small job grew quite a lot. At each new milestone, Andy was always reassuring and helped us to stay on top of the works and budget as much as possible. I could go at lengths about each and every element of the job, but maybe is better to say that the works were finished on time and as much in budget as possible taking into account how much more we decided to do along the way (more built in cabinets, underfloor heating, etc.). As with every construction project there were highs and lows. Andy was always extremely professional and was able to manage his sub-contractors and defuse situations that could have made the project take longer and the budget to go out of control. I cannot recommend Andy enough and I am sure his business will continue to grow, so book him with time!

Andy did a great job redecorating my flat. The work was neat and tidy and I'm very happy with the end result. The whole job was done on time and on budget. All the usual little snags which crop up with an older property were dealt with smoothly and the place looks like new now.

Corner shower was fixed as requested, workarounds were made when required. Helen was very specific and straight to the point with recommendations, options and price. As it was mosaic tiles some of them are not completely flat/straight. Any missed points were rectified on the second or third attempt.

Replastered my sons bedroom. They did the job quickly and professionally and at a decent price. The finish is very good and they were honest about which areas in his room needed plastering and which didn't, which also helped keep the cost down. Overall a very good experience.

'Nico' was one of the first tradesmen to reply to my advertisement, and after describing the problem (pigeons nesting in the guttering above my apartment and making an awful mess) he said that he could attend the same day (a Sunday) and fix the problem. He arrived at the time he said he would, and I found him to be a smart young man, who appeared to know what he was talking about, and after surveying the guttering found that it was blocked with pigeons mess and the gutter was full of water. He then gave me a fixed price (£100) to complete the job. Having cleared the blockage of mess he then took apart the guttering to release the water. He then filled the gap in the soffit where the pigeons were nesting and put up pigeon spikes to stop them from returning. All this was done on a cold windy Sunday afternoon, and the Job was left clean and tidy. I found 'Nico' to be very amiable and would certainly recommend him.

Lawrence was amazing! He was prompt, friendly and polite, and incredibly efficient throughout the project. The project was very reasonably priced and he does excellent work with great attention to detail. He was also very good at making sure to work around our furniture, plants and decorations and leaving the place tidy once complete. In addition, Lawrence was extremely helpful in sorting out a few other projects outside of the one he was originally hired for and offering advice on other items, which we are incredibly grateful for. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, and I know I'll be going directly to him for future projects!
