Steve and his team were an absolute asset at the start of the project. His attention to detail and numerous suggestions were very much appreciated. All of the work carried out was exceptional. Steve is personable and it has been a difficult for me to leave negative feedback. The standard of work I received in the latter stage of the project was mediocre at best. I know Steve is passionate about wanting to rectify all issues but is incapable of delivering. Certain issues I was happy to overlook such as him deciding to change my chosen kitchen without discussion with me, ordering grey radiator instead of black, ordering victorian style taps for bathroom when I had provided details of the modern taps I wanted and being told I owed an additional 10k because my previous payments had not been accounted for. In November 2015 I was told all extensive works would be complete in April 2016. Endless failed deadlines and poor communication has meant the work has not been completed in October 2016. Faulty electrical wiring, damp, missing carpentry, spilt paint on furniture and new flooring, miss matched plug sockets (originally put in wrong position) are just a few of the outstanding issues. Approx 6 deadlines have been given to rectify but there is no attempt to complete. I have spent 55k with Steve and have been left to resolve these issues at my own expense.

My house suffered storm damage to the main ridge tiles and to a sub-roof from falling tiles. After outlining the job and receiving a quote for the job, we arranged a mutually acceptable date before Storm Dennis arrives. Ryan and his mate arrived early and carried out the repairs very professionally and even additional work on damage highlighted by a surveyor. Overall 10/10 as evidenced by the fact that I have booked him to carry out a full dry ridge replacement on all my house ridges. Thanks Ryan and mate.

Wayne came out the same day I contacted him to give me a quote. Really easy to deal with. Did a good job clearing the gutters and fixing downpipe explaining what he had done. Very conscientious worker. Definitely recommend him and would hire him again. Thank you Wayne.
