I have been trading as a handyman since 2015, I have been undertaking maintenace works for local estate agents in the Plymouth and surrounding areas, the work has varied from fitting kitchens and bathrooms to building timber decking, I also plaster and paint and decorate , along with the smaller types of maintenance like bath and shower reseals, hanging doors, fixing skirtings etc.

I have been in building trade , With my dad from the age of 16 years old ,trained as roofer that was my dads trade, from there trained as as bench joiner, followed as site carpenter , this as give me a good understanding what was need to set up my building company and the running of jobs I have all way want to get in to new build and coming to plymouth about 7 years ago I was able to get my fist site in eggbuckland wich I built 2 maisonette, the 2 land we got built 3 house. I am now on track to build detached houes on land we own in penny cross plus we have some land in Callington that's in the process of getting planing .this brings me to why I am going on mybuilder.com I just can't sit around waiting other people that not in my control, so I am looking for any type of building work to fill in this time cheers Paul Thompson
