Ion and his crew were brilliant. Polite explained things well. Eg Took time to explain a safety valve under my bath seen as the side was off even though it wasn’t in scope of the job. Kept the job clean putting carpet protectors down and taking rubbish outside. Work finished to a high standard. Good communication throughout even when I wasn’t around.

In the end the work could not be carried out as it was over ambitious and not well thought through on my part. Their advice and help throughout the process was indeed of great quality and I would not hesitate hiring them for similar jobs

Peter did top job from start to finish when installing our new boiler. Peter came round to quote on an evening after work which suited perfectly. He stayed for as long as it took to answer all my questions and get me comfortable with the work that needed to be completed. He also discussed the best way to minimise the aesthetic work that would need to be completed afterwards (not something others who quoted mentioned). On the day of installation Peter and his colleague turned up on time and started straight away. Even though the flat in the city centre with little parking options there was minimum fuss. I was kept up to date with the progress throughout the day and when they were finished they left it clean and tidy. Won't hesitate to call on Peter again.
