Very professional and efficient service by Michael to update the wiring of my bathroom in order to install my new bathroom extractor fan. Whilst inspecting the electrics he found and solved a hazardous element of my current set up which was creating sparks and a fire risk. He even came back a second time at no extra charge to properly set up the timer function of the fan which I hadn't figured out yet. Would recommend

Oli carried out the groundworks and demolition at my property and was on site every day with his crew, fully committed and hands-on throughout the job. I am an architect, and this was work on my own home, so my expectations were high. Oli met those expectations fully. He has a strong knowledge of groundworks and demolition, works carefully and methodically, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and takes real satisfaction in delivering the work exactly as required. He was always in a good mood, easy to communicate with, and a pleasure to have on site. I enjoyed discussing the project and hearing about other jobs he has completed over his 23 years of experience, which clearly shows in the quality of his work. I would highly recommend Oli for any groundworks or demolition works.

I would not recommend this company. They carried out a plumbing installation, but I had concerns from the outset that parts were not fitted correctly. They returned once to inspect and make changes, but the issue continued. I raised further concerns by message and was assured everything had been installed properly. After further investigation, it became clear the parts had been installed incorrectly, causing the ongoing plumbing problems I am now experiencing. I emailed them giving one final opportunity to return and rectify the issue, explaining that if they did not respond I would instruct another plumber and seek to recover the repair costs. My email, calls and WhatsApp messages were ignored for weeks. When I called from a different number, they answered, said they were very busy and promised to call back within 30 minutes. This never happened. Unfortunately, they have failed to stand behind their workmanship, leaving me to resolve the issue myself and recover the associated costs.

Radu did a really great job. He is a very skilled gardener/landscaper - we are really pleased with the result of his work on this project.
