I hired Jason from EJSR company. He agreed a fixed fee of £80 to install a new extractor fan with me paying for the part separate which I was happy with. 10 mins before the job he send out someone else even though he agreed he would come himself. The guy he send out was not a qualified electrician he could not even find the isolation switch something which is basic and then left the property as the job was too complicated for him. Jason then message me back saying he can’t do the job, as he quoted for a replacement for the extractor fan not an installation therefore would require more money. This makes no sense as he give me a price over the phone for the installation and said I would need to cover parts which I was happy with. Not to mention his guy came 30 mins before the time we agreed when I had a tenant in the property working from home and made him aware of this. Jason Williams will say he is qualified and make out how amazing his work is over the phone but the truth is he did not even come down himself in person and his guy could not replace a simple extractor fan. Bad service like to rip people off. Make sure you get everything in writing and see their qualifications as they lie thought their teeth. Waste of time !

First time I have used this site and was apprehensive, because I normally have work done through people I know, but Richard was brilliant. From the first call was upfront in the price and what was required (which was very reasonable). The work completed is of a very high standard and we are very pleased with the results. I even ended up having some extra work completed because of the quality of work and the price. I’ve kept his number for any future work as i will definitely be using him again. Top bloke as well - 39 sq/m completed all in all.

The job started well, they work hard and roof was of good standard. I would not use them again. they park oil leaking van on my driveway and would not come back to clean it, and after care was very bad. would not return my calls

Luke was fantastic. He quoted us the job and broken down the price so we knew exactly what we were paying for. He started the job the very next day once we confirmed. He arrived promptly each morning and left each evening at approx 5pm. He is very hard working and completed the job to a high standard considering he was picking up another bathroom fitters unfinished and botched up job. He said the job would take 5 days and it ran slightly over but considering the big job and Luke working on his own we expected him to go over. We were without a functioning bathroom for over 3 months, Luke completed the job within a week and we are all loving the finish he achieved. Thanks Luke. We highly recommend Luke, he is friendly, honest and open and more importantly trustworthy.

Very pleased with the service we received from Dolphin Electrical. The job was completed within a matters of days. The electricians were friendly, competent, asked how we wanted the lights set up and completed the installation in an hour or so. Will definitely use again when the need arises.
