Neil was punctual. He did a great job tiling around our fire place. It was a small job but he arranged the pattern on the tiles to create a beautiful piece of work. He was very knowledgable and a clean worker, not leaving any mess behind. Friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend his work.

Joe done the brilliant job for my kitchen. I found Joe and ask him to do whole kitchen decorating,his quotes is reasonable, he is very patient to answer every questions. We ordered our kitchen in B&Q and Joe save us lots money. He working very efficiency, I and my Boyfriend was working all week, we hand the key to him, very reliable and honesty man. Jay came and built the bathroom but did not fit the cabinet because he said it hadn't arrived. He said he would return to fit it when it arrived. After 3 months and one excuse after another he still has not fitted it. We noticed a leak from the ceiling below the bathroom, contacted him to come and fit it but now he has said he cannot help due to poor health. Fraud. Taking legal action now. Do not use.

Initial pleasant start to our £35k project. Two lads on site each day, with good progress made and both well mannered and communicative. External structure work was good, with a pitched roof added to the initial design plan, mid project. The blend of brickwork between new and old was well done. Plaster works has proven to be poor in places, with joins between old and new visible in parts throughout the extension. James (Jim), the boss, really needs to work on his customer service skills when things don't go to plan. People are parting with considerable money and, for examples sake, arguing that the use of old facia and guttering on a new roof is acceptable, is frankly laughable. Communication has proven non existent at times - especially since work on our neighbours roof (carried out by Audnam Builders to correct a leak most likely caused by themselves during our build) has caused a serious leak in our garage, damaging new plaster and forcing electric points out of use. We've upheld our side of the contract. I think a trip to the small claims court is on the cards.

Part of our garage has been converted into an office and we asked Lee to do the extra lighting and sockets needed. He also installed 2 outside lights for us. I was really pleased with the standard of his work. He gave me advice on what was possible, and what wasn't. He was very professional, courteous and seemed to know his trade very well.
