The guys were brilliant, did a fantastic job, decking looks great. They clearly knew exactly what they were talking about, and when I asked them to a couple of extra bits, it was no problem at all. I would 100% recommend them, and have already asked them to look at the rest of the garden for me.

Louis is a very polite, pleasant young man who works hard and cleans up afterwards. I employed him for a small job (fit new shower tray when the old one was poorly fitted/leaky). He took three attempts before the sealing was done correctly, but he did eventually get it right. My 2 stars are for Louis' attitude to attendance, punctuality & finishing the job. He does not turn up on the day he promises. If he does turn up, he is always 2 hours late. He left a small part of my job (refit plasterboard to ceiling underneath the shower) unfinished. He left it off "for a week" to allow inspection for any further leaks - which seemed reasonable. But that was months ago! He just will not come back to finish the job. Meanwhile I have had nowhere safe to store the plasterboard and it has been damaged. Louis always apologises and says he's been very busy and he will come this week, but never does. He is busy with other customers - but I am a customer too and I have paid him.

Steven offered a competitive price using a specific charger and configuration that we wanted. All works were carried neatly and install to our needs. Steven also identified an issue with our meter being unsafe and temporarily resolved before Octopus engineers attended to replace.

Curtain rod brackets fell down less than a week later. Charged me £40. Tried to contact him via phone, text and email to fix to give benefit of doubt but not replied after over 72 hours. Can not in good faith recommend as I would expect curtain rods to stay up longer than a week. Upset that I have been taken advantage of and wasted my hard earned money
