We hired BPC midlands for the construction of our brand-new home. BPC helped us throughout the entire process from the initial planning stages right through to construction and completion. Every step of the way, they planned and informed us of everything involved, showed huge determination and care in getting the job done, and then would review everything with us to ensure we were happy and got what we wanted. We worked with Arjan especially throughout our build and we are grateful for his help throughout the project. Personally, he held himself and everyone on our project to a very high standard. There were processes and controls in place for everything, and his eye for detail and experience really gave our project an amazing finish I don’t think we would’ve achieved if we had used anyone else. As with all building projects there were obstacles and hurdles to overcome, but nothing was ever a problem for BPC, and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. It is especially useful Arjan has a large network of people to call on, and it certainly helped us numerous times to keep the project on track for both time and costs. Arjan went above and beyond by calling in favours for us, and worked on our project as if it were his own home. He went out of his way to ensure we got the best value for money and the best possible finish, even if there was nothing extra in it for him, which we will always be grateful for. Everyone turned up when they said they would and did what they said they would. If there were ever any changes, we were informed well ahead of time, and we constantly informed. This was hugely refreshing, as people we had previously used on building projects often left us in the lurch about what was happening, or sometimes things that were important to us wouldn’t get done for weeks. Anyone considering any building work, or anyone that needs some doing, please reach out and speak to BPC. I can’t recommend them enough. We were totally blown away by there expertise, professionalism, and dedication to getting a good job done. Thank you!

Lost access to my account until now and I’m reviewing jobs that were done. Tan made comments saying things like “is parking badly a Muslim thing?” Etc.I made him aware that I’m Muslim, he turned red and “apologised” but continued making Islamophobic comments. He also hit my window with his long brush, and CRACKED my entire window! I went back and checked my cameras. I then had to pay £300 to have the window fixed! His ladder created a dip in my flooring, and he dropped my whole tin of paint. I had to point out spots he missed because he rushed the work/was careless. The prep was horrendous + ruined the job as he left sandable / fillable bumps in the wall, which made the paint look terrible. See the pics! I can see he has done some good work for others and seems to pick and choose where to make an effort. He responded claiming that he’s Indian so he can’t be racist? (I’ve experienced plenty!?). I also have footage! Did attempt contact > no response. He SEEMED good. Subpar by choice!

Paul arrived on time, talked through the procedure and gave a fair quotation. Within a week was back with his team and has replaced our roof in one day. Friendly team and very professional job, the roof looks great and they cleaned up and took all the rubbish away. Would highly recommend.

I must admit I was a little hesitant as Karlan didn’t have any feedback on MyBuilder prior to hiring him. But I’m so glad I took the chance. Karlan managed to fit me in on a Saturday morning on short notice which is the only time I could make it. His carpentry skills are second to none and he accomplished in 3 hours what people were quoting me a day to do. He’s highly meticulous, very very neat when working, and just an all round nice guy. I was a little nosy and watched him work and you can tell that he’s a perfectionist. Got him coming back to fit my kitchen soon! Can’t recommend enough!!

I brought a 4 bed semi detatched house, i wasnt happy with the layout, Matt took out a wall upstairs and fitted a stud wall to expand my bathroom, he also layed new floor boards. Downstairs i had a horrible brick arch, Matt knocked it down, fitted a steal beam to support the ceiling and then a new wall with double doors. I brought a second hand kitchen which Matt reworked into the space i had available. Throughout i had new doors, skirting, architraves and new stairs. Matt is honest, reliable and very well priced. The quality of work is fantastic and i would recommend him going forward.
