We highly recommend Mario & his team. They fitted a new kitchen & bathroom to a really high standard within a short, timeframe. They work hard, are friendly, professional & honest, my neighbour even commented on how considerate they were! Upon first meeting Mario we were impressed by how organised he was. He arrived on time with the description we’d posted on my builder & went through it methodically. We had A LOT of questions! He answered all of them & didn’t rush us. We received a competitive quote within a day as promised. It included everything we discussed & he quickly answered our follow up questions. We wanted an accurate idea of the cost of electrical work & Mario arranged for his electrician to come & inspect/quote before we’d appointed Mario the job. Our kitchen & bathroom is complicated, with lots of difficult angles. Damp, unlevel floor, unlevel windows, a low ceiling were uncovered in the bathroom. Mario did well to identify solutions, giving us expert advice. Pipes were neatly chased into the wall. Underfloor heating & LVT, tiling, grouting & painting all done to a very professional finish. He kept us informed of progress, checked our preferences & was patient when we had supply delays, finding ways to ensure the job finished on time enabling us to move from our temporary accommodation back home in time for Christmas. He promptly fixed some minor issues after the job finished. We highly recommend Mario & would use him again.

On 12th June we negotiated the price and he informed me he can start the job on 3rd July which I accept it. Then he wanted 50% of the cost in advance which I have refused and he said he is trying to get a credit from selco and he will let me know later on. I messaged him again to confirm his attendance but he said he is on holiday and no more words. On 2nd July I messaged him to confirm again but didn't replied and on 3rd July he messaged and said his got another job and he couldn't get a credit and he is not coming. He stood me up for 3 weeks and even had no decency to let me know earlier. I refused another carpenter because of him. Be aware of this man as I believe he is not trustworthy, carelessness and inhuman. Most trade man will do the job and send the invoice and then ask for money. I am sure he is a con man and perhaps after getting the money in advance not turning on. Don't trust him and never give money in advance.

From quote through to completion, Jamie and his colleagues conducted themselves with professionalism, politeness, tidiness, attention to detail and a high standard of finish. Jamie initially impressed me with his motivation and obvious technical knowledge. This convinced me that he had the correct personality and previous experience in order to offer him the job. Jamie did not let me down; he showed full motivation from start to finish, care & attention to finishing standards and was also happy to explain the 'whys & hows' throughout. Wardrobe doors had fallen off and I could get them back on and running again properly. Darren turned up on time and was very professional. Boot covers on and sheet down to catch and dust/dirt. He found the issue with the runner and tightened / adjusted a few bits. Got the doors back on which took a couple of goes because of all the different ways they could be hung but he kept going until they were perfect. Also fixed down some wooden flooring that had risen up which two other workmen had failed to fix. Actually came in under quote as got the work done quicker than expected. Highly recommended

Absolutely amazing team who have done up my garden perfectly. They were so professional and we were left very very impressed with the garden. Initially my original garden was awful, but Gjergj and his team really made the garden beautiful. The laid down porcelain tiles, Astro, sleepers on both sides, Venetian fencing perfectly. Firstly the date of job posting and date of completing is all down to me not being ready with finances!! Secondly, and more importantly, GG Property were the most wonderful and professional bunch of lads you can hope to met. The work was done with such enthusiasm and to such a high level of detail. We could not be happier with the finished job. Thirdly, the great building work aside, GG Property were polite, happy, friendly, punctual and great communicators. All emails answered swiftly and with accurate information. No question was to silly and no concern (this was our first major building working) was to small to be addressed. Finally we are so pleased with work we are awaiting a quote for our bathroom and look forward to getting that job completed!! In short my experience with GG Property was nothing but top quality work and customer service. Any fears of the classic 'cowboy builder' could not be further from the truth; GG Property are a hard working truly lovely bunch and we would highly recommend them.

Peter and his colleague provided an excellent service. Came on time, throughly investigated and checked for potential leak(s) on internal pipes connecting to the boiler. Excellent communication through out the job as am not technically minded with regards to pipes connecting to the boiler and tests that Peter had to carry out to determine if there is any leaks. We have a boiler cover and explained this to Peter (we did not need any work done on the boiler). Peter understood this and on completion of the tests, Peter had gone extra mile by providing us a report of work carried out, his recommendation (as the issue appears to be with the boiler and not with the pipes connecting to the boiler) so that we can provide the report to our boiler engineer should the pressure of the boiler continue to drop. Highly recommended.
