  Paul arrived on time and very quickly explained what the problem was likely to be and how he was planning to resolve the issue. Having fixed the immediate problem Paul recommended replacing the part causing the issue. I have no problem with recommending Paul for any future plumbing work we need.

  Prior to starting the job, Shefit was very responsive to my emails and WhatsApp messages and was very easy to communicate with. I left Shefit detailed instructions of where to position the walls we wanted constructing for our small extension as I was not going to be there when he arrived. I returned later that afternoon to find the job well under way - he had even sent me a short video of the work in progress - yo find everything had been done as per my instructions. The team worked all day and finished the job in about 8 hours - hardly stopping for a break it seems and refusing any attempt by my wife to ply them with coffee and tea. They left the site clean and tidy were incredibly polite and respectful - one of them even asking if they could use the toilet, which of course they could! I would recommend Shefit and his team wholeheartedly. The price was reasonable and the job was done quickly and cleanly.
