CBK Design & Build did an excellent job of transforming my derelict deck into a bright usable patio. I am very pleased with the outcome… and so are the neighbours it would appear. They excelled in all aspects of the job 1. The Quote: Everything was clearly indicated and was very competitive. Any adjustments were made promptly and revised quote was immediately available. All queries were instantly answered and advice was also valuable. 2. The Work: Work started at indicated time on the agreed day. They were very quick and it was probably the worst week weather wise for this job. But they carried on despite that. The work was completed within the estimated time, with little or no wastage of material and to a high standard. All unexpected issues were quickly resolved and creatively too. Poor quality work from previous tradesmen was also rectified for no extra. 3. Attitude: Both Mehmet and Serkan worked with smiles on their faces through some of the worst weather, and all other unexpected issues with no complaints at all. Very positive work ethics. Extra points for doing their best to not upset or intrude into my special needs child’s space. They even used toilets at local gas station (even though we were ok with them using our facilities) to that effect. They are more like friends of the family now, and will definitely use them again. Thank you MyBuilder.com for a great tradesman.

My fees £75 Pounds for travelling and first 15 minutes working on site. Thereafter charges rate are £50-£65 Pounds per hour, depending of the nature of the job. Benjamin couldn't repair what was a very difficult fault, but he referred me to the manufacturer and didn't charge me which was unexpected but appreciated. The manufacturer confirmed that they are the only ones who can fix the issue. A very trustworthy and reliable guy, I will use his services again.

Arturas and his team have done an outstanding job in a complex, full-flat renovation involving structural work, floor levelling, complete electrical rewire, complete re-plumbing including pumps and heater, full bathroom and kitchen fitting, basically everything. I honestly could not have hired a better builder. Quality: the team is exceptionally dedicated and diligent, following the design to the millimetre, reading every specification and installation instruction, being exceedingly careful to ensure everything is done at a high standard. The result speaks for itself - everyone who visited the flat is in awe about the quality of workmanship. Expertise: the team really knows what they are doing. There was nothing they can’t handle, and they found very smart solutions to every problem. They advised me at every step of the way, with patience and clarity. Bill and his team were excellent, we had the quote within a few days of visiting and he was able to start work the very next week. Everything was kept tidy at the end of each day, his team were quick and efficient and everything is to a top standard. Bill’s communication was also excellent! He converted our garage to a playroom for our daughter and we would 100% work with complete construction again and recommend to anyone in the area!
