Fantastic service. Dean came on time to quote for the work and throughout, communication and customer service could not have been better. We added in some plumbing and joinery extras with IES were able to factor in seamlessly. Dean was a pleasure to work with and we are already booking in more work with IES. 10 out of 10 on all counts.

WARNING - AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** First of all, most of the job that was quoted wasn’t carried out. Extra payment was needed for parts that weren’t carried out so language barrier is a massive problem when it seemed ok in the beginning? Spent £4,000 (£850 on tiling) getting my kitchen done off of Leszek and Marcin and the tiling job they have completed is nowhere near up to standard. Not even close After only 3 weeks, the grout is cracking and coming out everywhere and most of the tiles across the 19 square foot floor are completely uneven now due to the tiles not being level. Most of these tiles have been fitted in such a poor way the grout is starting to come away in most of them. Huge lips and uneven tiles everywhere. Got partial refund for tiling job but needs re-tiled due to being such a poor job. Silicone on window, breakfast bar and black silicone round sink is flaking too. Poor materials being used. I am consulting with small claims. *** DO NOT TOUCH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS***
