Support final design to 30sqr patio area. Subsequent support with identifying supplier of materials. Managed/installed patio to our specification on time and to budget. Aaron's workmanship is of a very high standard. He showed professionalism especially by communicating on a regular basis progress and also offered suggestions to the few issues that arose. I was impressed by his reliability, you hear many stories of builders not turning up and working short days Aaron did neither. Indeed I would have no issue recommending Aaron to friends and family.

We couldn’t be happier with the bathroom Lucian created for us, it’s genuinely our dream space. The job involved a full overhaul: moving plumbing, repositioning the toilet, bath, and sink, building a stud wall for a shower niche, and tiling both the walls and floor. Lucian approached every element with care and precision, from the perfectly mitred tile edges to the beautiful finish throughout. What really stood out was his attention to detail, good humour, and how much pride he takes in his work. He listened to everything we wanted and brought our design to life even better than we imagined. It’s rare to find someone so easy to work with who also delivers such high-quality craftsmanship. Doda and his team are very professional, hard working he has done fantastic job not just on the front porch, which looks perfect and in keeping with our Victorian house features. We were so impressed with the quality of work that we kept finding other projects including a new front garden (designing, removing old slabs, levelling, tiling , picking up all materials for us), repositioning front gate. Than we moved to fixing wall in the back garden with a new decking top and removing old brick bbq and tiding up the whole garden. Doda also painted our kitchen, which had some serious cracks and the quality of this work is outstanding. Than we had new rose ceilings and new lights in some rooms. We are so happy with the quality of the work that we keep finding jobs for Doda. We also feel that Doda is a very flexible and understanding and absolutely lovely person to know as we enjoyed the chats and feel we got to know him and he us. Highly recommended, thank you Doda and your worker.

Could not recommend more highly, the best client service and product I have ever received. This is a father and son team who absolutely shattered expectations - we genuinely consider ourselves so lucky to have found David and his father and couldn't be happier with their service. On the first meeting their expertise was immediately obvious, with just a single walk through of the property being enough for them to identify what we needed and pick up on details that only comes from years and years of practical experience. That set the tone for rest of the relationship, with there being so many instances of them going out of there way with no other intention than to provide the best client outcome possible. Here are just a few examples that show their genuine client care and professionalism: - David was constantly available on WhatsApp or the phone to answer questions or provide advice with almost instant responses. I don't think I've ever experienced better client service in any context. - David and his dad personally ran around London for days trying to find replacement doors that fit the frames, picked up paints from the store, found and purchased appropriate fittings like door stops, light switch covers etc. - these small things were taken care of us with just us needing to approve options they found in store. It was a massive time and stress saver for us. - we were doing this on the fly so evolved our requirements almost constantly throughout the project - these were always accommodated and not only that, with such a positive and helpful attitude that it made our lives so much easier - when retiling the bathroom they informed me they would have to take the cabinets out to tile underneath - I suggested they could tile around it but insisted that it should be done in case we ever wanted to replace the cabinet. They did this at no extra cost to ourselves, just extra work for them which underscores their professionalism. - they gave proactive advice on so many aspects of the project, including the most appropriate paints and floor varnishes, proactively identifying design faults that we were not aware of and remediating them (e.g. very oddly placed light switches), identified a pretty shoddy job of repairing a leak in the loft and future proofed it for us which is again something we would never have been aware of until another leak occurred, they even proactively put a small sliding door into the bathtub panelling (no extra cost) to ensure any future plumbing issues could easily be investigated. - they were unbelievably clean which was such a nice bonus - the property was immaculate at the end of every day, and for me that showed a level of respect for clients and the property that is so hard to find. - measurements - they took care of all of these for us , including tile measurements, blinds, garden edging etc. - it was such a luxury to be able to just be told how much of each needed to be ordered and they were 100% accurate - again such a time and stress saver for us. These are just some examples of our experience, I can honestly say that this is the lever of service we received throughout. With such an amazing service you might think that they would have charged a premium. This was not the case, in fact the opposite, I could easily see another contractor charge 2-3 times what we paid, and it is particularly impressive when you consider the flawless finishing and breadth of work they undertook - the whole house repainted (walls, ceilings, cabinets), the flooring sanded and revarnished plus carpet upstairs taken out and floorboards repaired, painted and varnished, garden landscaped, bathrooms retiling, fireplace retailing, toilets replaced, light switches rewired etc - it was a full makeover. They also achieved all this in 2 weeks - that is no mean feat but is even more impressive when you consider that our requirements were constantly evolving - they took all in their stride and just replanned sequencing of activities to accommodate us. We have since passed David's details onto no less than 5 friends who have all been absolutely delighted, so we've put our recommendation into practice!

Declan’s quote visit - very professional. He knew what he was talking about and that reassured me and filled me with confidence. His price for two wooden sash replacement windows was very fair and honest. The two new windows were fitted by Declan and his team. They have done an amazing job and I’m super pleased with the outcome of both windows. Declan is professional, genuine, friendly, an honest guy and who works hard and on time and completing the fitting in 3 days of my two sash windows and I’d strongly recommend him and his team to anyone who is wanting traditional replacement/new sash windows in a period property. Definitely the go-to guy for a superb start to finish job. One very happy customer.

I cannot recommend Tim enough if you need your boiler replaced. He was professional, kind, and super helpful - taking the time to answer all my questions. And he did a great job! Tim clearly knows his craft. It's been almost 2 months since he completed the job and I forgot to write this review because our heating has been been working so well I don't even think about it!
