Total cowboy kitchen fitter - put units in wrong place then directed my plumber to plumb in wrong place, left kitchen in total mess only partially done and gave random crazy excuses why couldn’t return to work. Then refused to communicate, blocked my calls, even when finally also said parts were damaged - never heard from him again. He even left rubbish and kitchen sink from someone else’s house by my back door! Avoid this man at all cost!

Lee was professional, efficient and completed the work to a high standard. Nothing was too much trouble and he ended up doing some additional painting of kitchen and outside railings, as we were so pleased with his work, and he was happy to accommodate. We would use Lee again without hesitation and would highly recommend to others.

Optimal Roofing were very punctual, polite and pleasant to have around as this was an outbuilding in our garden. There were problems with the material when it arrived through no fault of their own and Kevin sorted it all really well and made sure that the building had a roof again by resolving the problem very promptly with the suppliers. We would recommend him.

Really pleased with the service from Jack. Communication was great from the start. He recommended a GRP roof and gave a competitive quote. While we made a decision he was on hand to answer any additional questions/concerns. Once we agreed to proceed, he kept in touch while we worked out a start date around our holidays. Jack was with us for about two and half days, every morning he messaged to let me know when he'd arrive and he kept to his word. The quality of the work is excellent, its so tidy out front you wouldn't know he'd been here. The finish is great and makes a huge difference to the property. If I ever need another flat roof (unfortunately unlikely as this came with a 20 year gurantee!) then I know who I'd want to do it. Thanks Jack, really appreciate what you've done for us.

Excellent plastering work repairing the walls and ceiling after we removed a corner stud-wall cupboard and some skirting. Now the paint's on there's no way to tell any work was done there at all. Darren was easy to communicate with, the work was done on the agreed day, and the price was very fair given the quality of the result. Would happily recommend and hire again in future.

Ciprian came and quoted quickly and we agreed a date as soon as he had availability. He checked in to make sure everything was still ok and helped us choose the right paint. The job was done quickly and was of a very good standard. The team were friendly and reliable and cleaned up perfectly. Very happy with the job and will use again.
