Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard - in fact already have! - and am very pleased with the work he's done for us. Communication was easy, he suggested an innovative approach which saved us lots of money, he arrived reliably and worked quickly and neatly, and the quality of the finished work is very good. Also a really nice guy and helped with another DIY problem I'd been struggling with. We've already asked him to quote for another job.

We needed a plasterer to sort out artexing on walls and ceilings in a property we are looking to sell. I advertised on my builder and Zahid responded that day. He gave us a very competitive quote and was able to start within days. He has finished the work now and it’s a really first class job, it took longer than he thought but it wasn’t a problem. Zahid is a really nice guy and very conscientious worker, he cleaned everything up at the end and we are really happy with the final result. I can recommend him.

Had a couple of quotes, L&D Roofing & Powerwashing were fairly priced, polite and friendly. I had new gutters and fascias put up, very tidy, removed and disposed of my old ones, looks brilliant, i am very happy with the work carried out. Highly recommended!

Sam came and gave me a quote for the work that I required to be done. I had all my guttering replaced along with new soffits and fascias. Sam arrived for the job on time and left no mess behind - I would most certainly recommend him to anyone. Very friendly and reliable and was able to complete the job in a time manner when it was convenient for me.

My experience with Scott has been a nightmare. I contracted him to fit a kitchen, replace doors and skirting. I asked him if he was qualified to lay Karndean flooring and he said he was. However, he subcontracted the floor laying to someone else without consulting me. The flooring was laid which cost a lot of money and the job was substandard with several issues ranging from scratches, big gaps and several boards not stuck down. Scott agreed with my concerns initially and said he would return with the floorer to put things right. When he returned the floorer was aggressive and threatened to return to my home to sort me out. This left me afraid in my own home. Some amendments were made but there are still several issues and an independent specialist report recommends the floor is lifted completely. I have been trying to get Scott to repair the floor for four months but he says I should be grateful to have such a nice home. He has attacked me on a personal level rather than take responsibility for his error of judgment. It is fair to say that this situation is unfortunate because Scott trusted the floorer but he was let down. However, it was Scott I contracted so it is his responsibility to put things right. But he abdicates responsibility. I’ve tried hard to resolve this informally but Scott refuses to engage so I now have to take formal action which I really hoped to avoid.

Sent a request into MyBuilder on Sun morning and by Sunday night Krzysztof had contacted me and visited my home and quoted me for the work I wanted done. He carried out the work the next morning. I had an issue with some of my electrical wiring and he very quickly came up with various options to resolve the problem. I would have no hesitation recommending him and using his services again as he is a friendly, professional, knowledgable and reliable person. His prices are very competent too.

Stephen is unreliable. His work seemed like it would have been to a high standard but he left my job suddenly after 1 day. After 2 weeks of calling and leaving messages I gave up trying to contact him. It left me in a very difficult situation.
