Highly disappointed in the lack of service provided. I have attempted on three occasions. Originally scheduled the work on 4th November, cancelled due to van broke down. Then rescheduled for 7th November, cancelled for personal reasons. Rescheduled for 15th - he said it would be better to do on consecutive days the next week 22nd and 23rd, said that was fine. Then cancelled a third time for personal reasons. Don't like to leave negative reviews but very disappointed as now feel have wasted a month waiting for him to complete the work only to be left severely disappointed.

This guy is nothing short of a cowboy! A very poor plumber, I have recently had a professional plumber in, who informed me that the work he had carried out is nothing short of shocking/shoddy. We initially asked him to move our boiler into the loft, immediately afterwards we noticed the water pressure being slightly less, but not thinking to much of it, we left it for what it was. Ashley was asked to move the existing pipework from the boiler, which was exposed into the wall, so that we could box it in. He gave a competitive quote, my partner noticed that the rushed the job through, clearly not testing what he had done whatsoever! When he had left the kitchen tap had barely no pressure, and we had no hot water at all! Apparently, he had forgotten to put the gas back on and reset the boiler? again proving he does not test what he does! we were left for two days without any hot water. he came to fix, then left, we tested the radiators, and water started leaking out of pipework he had installed onto electric wires, so dangerous! he came to fix it, but the point is that this does not happen if you test your work! The water pressure remained shocking, but he did not want anything else to do with the job, actually calling me a liar when I sent him proof of the shocking water pressure. Other tradesmen stated that we should never use someone like this, he said all the pipework was dented, not deep enough into the wall to plaster. Utter disgrace of a job, avoid him like the plague.

Andy came to my mothers and gave a very competitive quote, due to my neighbour being an awkward neighbour the fence got delayed, but Andy was professional all the way through this and I cannot thank him enough. Jack is a very experienced roofer. Jack and his team arrived on time, they were very polite and just got on with the job. The person I previously hired did everything wrong and Jack and his team put everything right. No more leaks and it’s actually warmer. My family and I are very happy with their work. The roof got done on the 6th of December, but I’ve waited awhile to see if there was any issues before I left a review. None whatsoever. I highly recommend Jack and his team. The team work was exceptional.

An excellent joiner. Reasonable quotes,sticks to them and very good precision at his work. Very punctual,does a very neat and tidy job.I got my TV stand,Bathroom Vanity Boxes made and his work is way above a lot of other people who I have seen in my life. Would recommend to anybody and I have already invited him to do my bedroom furniture.

Tim fitted 5 new 13A sockets for us, 3 of them recessed in brick walls. He's easy to get on with, very straightforward and discusses all options beforehand and whilst the job is going on. He's a qualified registered electrician and former electronics engineer, so he knows what he's doing. He works in a meticulous and tidy manner. Drinks black coffee. Recommended.
