Nigel did a fantastic job of installing all the new lights, switches and sockets throughout the house. He even made safe the wiring in the bathroom and kindly labelled the Distribution Board as it was incorrect! Very happy with Nigel's work and will definitely hire him again for future work. 5*

I would highly recommend Grant West to anyone needing roof repairs or any other building work, and I have already done so. Grant listened to my concerns re a leaking roof and my worries about a threatened heavy downpour due the same day. He said he would get to me later that day and actually turned up early as he realised the rain would arrive earlier than expected. He had brought everything with him that he could think he might possibly need to do a successful repair, which was great. Grant was cheerful, even when he was getting rained on. He was reassuring, helpful, professional, offered useful advice on questions I had concerning other maintenance issues and really put my mind at rest. The repair has been completely successful, didn't cost the earth and I would go to Grant again for any building work in the future.

SRP is a team of highly skilled builders who worked closely with us to accommodate our ideas and changes to the finished product. Everyone was polite and good fun and I felt very confident in their knowledge and skills. They worked hard to get the extension done in a timely manner and to a very high standard. I would strongly recommend this building company . The were well organised efficient and highly skilled. Scot kept me informed about who was coming and what was being done on a weekly basis. We had numerous meetings to discuss the plans and progress. They have made a beautiful large extension to our property which has oak beams bifold doors a high open ceiling velux windows and underfloor heating. The team were always considerate to our neighbours with letting them know about deliveries which may inconvenience them and considerately parked their vehicles and moved them when needed. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to produce such a great living space for our family and for your expertise and good humour! We are delighted with our new extension.
