What a joker, started a very simple job of fitting two radiators, made a complete mess of it, and then made an excuse that he had to leave. The next day he sent me a message saying he wouldn’t be working for a while so wouldn’t be coming back. If a plumber can’t fit a radiator I think it’s timr to give up.

Turned out that the chimney stack had to be rebuilt due to ages of water ingress behind the pebble dash exterior. Marc and Sam did a very good job, they turned up on time and left the site clean and tidy. I now have a Stone Built Stack which is far superior to the old one. Price was good as well.

I engaged Rob to do some electrical work, nothing major, install some extra sockets, replace outside light etc. However during the course of this work we discovered some previous poor wiring by the previous owner of the house. Rob advised me on what options where open to me and the different ways we could address these issues. In the end I decided to also replace the outdated consumer unit and Rob also undertook this work. Rob always turned up when he said he would and on one occasion he was all of ten minutes late, but he texted to say he would be late. Nice to have punctual tradesmen! I found him to be dilegent in his work, always looking for the best solution and producing neat (yes electrical work can be classed as 'neat') installations. I would have no hesitation in using Rob again for any upcoming work

The job wasn't as straight forward as originally planned due to circumstances not envisaged but after All Things Labouring returned for a second visit an action plan was made and the job successfully completed within the time scales agreed. The team worked well and I was relieved everything worked out as planned, really satisfied. As and when further jobs crop up I shall certainly use All Things Labouring again.
