James has been absolutely brilliant and worked tirelessly through some of the hottest days of the year landscaping my allotment. It's far better than I had imagined as James brought some of his own design ideas to improve the look of the raised beds and patio area. He also helped me with extra work that wasn't in scope of the original plan. I would completely, absolutely recommend him for any landscaping work and will certainly be contacting him again when I need more work doing. He's an absolute star!

Steve was really friendly and made us feel confident that the job would be done well. The job was finished in one day as Steve had suggested, even with an unexpected situation arising during the job (a cable running straight through where we wanted the hole) he helped resolve it by finding the right person to fix the problem. We are so happy with the end result, it is exactly what we wanted and would recommend Steve.

JS property service Ltd is one of the best property service provider. Justin is professional builder with honesty, open advice before the quote, no job is too small. He treated every job equally and focus on quality building needed to upgrade the building condition with reasonable price. The job is very well done. Justin provided flexible timing and always archived the job on time. He inspected the job and purchases correct materials needed, not any waste to save money for me. His work colleague are trained well and very profession before entry the job. I am so happy with Justin and his staffs who attended the worksite. I am strongly recognized to contact him for any building work in your house. The original work was carry out by Mr Xavi Champoin who live next door to my property. 32 West Court Road, Worthing BN14 7DJ. He was friendly knocked my door said how professional he could do my house. I believed him as he is next door folk. Xavi charged me a lot money for kitchen and bathroom. I paid him more than half as per his requested. He started the job immediately, but asked me to pay more money after 3 days. Dom was great from the first phone call to the final fit! I was unsure at first as it was a new company, but he was very knowledgeable over the phone with advice, and quickly i realised how professional he was. We had a large room, and some very tricky open stairs which other experienced carpet fitters had run a mile from. Dom turned up exactly on time, the carpet was all fitted exactly as requested, and I was amazing by how fantastic the stairs were, especially as others had said it wasn't possible. All the waste was taken away for us. Really friendly guys! I'll defiantly be keeping his number for all future flooring! Thanks Dom

Joshua was great to work with. We needed a ceiling replastered after water damage, as well as our kitchen and hallway patched up and repainted after 8 years' wear and tear. He did a brilliant job of replastering and painting the ceiling, and another brilliant job of sanding, filling and repainting in our kitchen and hall and repainting skirting boards. Everywhere he worked on has a great finish now. He was also careful with the edges of the work, for example around wallpaper. He spent 4 days in our house, always tidying up at the end of the day, and was a very friendly person to have around. Would certainly recommend highly.

James tiled our bathroom floor, neatly cutting around awkward existing fittings that could not be moved. The quality of work was excellent - James is clearly a perfectionist and has a good eye for detail. He recommended we alter the colour of grout we had planned to use - so glad we did as it complemented the tiles and overall finish far better. The work was completed tidily, on time and to budget and I would happily recommend his services.

The floor of our large loft extension had become progressively creaky and very noisy over a number of years. Paul came and identified what the problem was how to fix it. Paul arrived on time to carry out the work, nailing and fixing the floor boards. The creaks have been erradicated which i am delighted about, the floor is now sturdy underfoot and beautifully quiet. Whilst here Paul was able to advise me on some other repairs and maintenance issues in the house. I have already discussed with Paul to return and carry out some decorating for us. I found Paul very friendly and helpful and would absolutely recommend him.
