We would not recommend this tradesman to anyone looking for reliable and honest tradesmen. Failed to attend on the first day, advising the night before that he didn't know the address! Despite having already been given it. Was also given multiple contact numbers which he was dishonest about having tried to get in contact with us on. Blamed MyBuilder for not receiving messages from us and not knowing the address, when all info was given to him over the phone when he first got in contact (in addition to being provided through MyBuilder). Lied about never having had any correspondence with us through emails despite all evidence of this. Wasted our time, then when we re-arranged with him and weren't able to gain access to the property due to unforseen circumstances. He took this as an opportunity to try to charge us at a full day rate, for that day and the days he failed to even attend! Delayed our projected, threatened court action for not paying him for days he never turned up to. When he did attend he only completed half the work despite advising that it would only take a day. Work was completed to a decent standard but not worth the hassle and dishonesty we experienced. He then later refused to return to complete works as he had a bigger project which meant we had to get someone else in to complete his work.

Awful job, hired him to come out today as he messaged me after putting a post that I need someone to fill my plasterboard wall. He’s filled the wall in but hasn’t completed the job by sanding it down. Which he has said that I should do myself or go out and employe someone else to do for me? When he approached me to do this job there was no discussion that he wasn’t able to sand and made out he was fully capable of completing this job now over £200 down …

Ansa Garden Designs were helpful on creating a beautiful, low maintenance community space from what a space dominated by the most rogue weeds you've ever encountered. Very helpful and flexible in reviewing original plans to meet the needs of the customer throughout. Job took longer than planned due change requests but he remained enabling and tolerant throughout. I recommend his services 100%. The finished outdoors space at the community centre is attractive and provide a space that is now being developed by users with plants etc. Very happy that we waited until Ansa Garden Designs were able to start the job. They now have all who have seen the outdoor space asking for his details and querying what they have paid other gardening services for jobs done. Thank Ansa & Co. All the best to Snowy. It was great having do our grounds. Togetherness Community Centre. Mitcham.
