Paid nearly £100 just to troubleshooted the issue. The quote to fix it was quiet high compared to others therefore I didn't want to go ahead with the job. One part of my shower mixer has not been put back properly. I flagged this and I appreciated the guy coming back with the intent to fix it, however it made the situation worse as my shower buttons now fall down, I will have to call someone else to fix it. Bottom line -> I am not happy.

After extensive discussions and receiving a formal quotation, which I accepted, the contractor assured me he would provide a materials list — this was never sent. When the agreed start date arrived, he failed to attend and ignored all messages and follow-up attempts. This type of behaviour is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism, reliability, and respect for clients. I even explained that my family-run business was closed and that the work needed to be completed urgently, yet he still failed to show up or communicate. Just imagine if he had started the work and then decided the next day not to turn up — the consequences would have been disastrous. Avoid this individual entirely — he cannot be trusted to honour his commitments or conduct himself in a professional manner.

Fantastic from beginning to end with Amanda arranging the booking and outlining the steps, to Joel coming in and doing the work. A potential issue was flagged by Amanda at the booking: demonstrated to be an issue and clearly explained and justified by Joel and he came back - as promised - and completed the work perfectly,as promised without needing a deposit having fixed the lock at his workshop. My prior locksmith of 20 years retired. I've got a new one!

He is a very dedicated hardworking man who ensured that I got not only what I wanted but also of top quality. I was very impressed with his professionalism and reliability. He would give me his professional advice when I was stuck on choices which were very informative and helpful. Someone had done my driveway previously and had completely done the opposite of what I had requested making me lose hope in finding someone suitable to redo it. I have to start off by saying that this is a polite and humble contractor, that despite delivering poor quality was very apologetic and refunded us the cost of the unsalvageable items. However, it would be remiss of me not to leave a review as the job is incomplete and has to be done by someone else. We required a guest toilet replacement. Sadly, amongst other things the wrong connectors were used resulting in waste flowing wrong way and toilet too high for unit, our boxing and tiles were ruined in order to access pipes, and lead rather than plastic being used in addition to mastic seals resulting in leaks. The job was stopped by us. A new contractor is now being sought to rectify - we hope before Christmas. As said initially, contractor was very apologetic and refunded cost of wc and unit. Despite us obviously never being able to use him again, will give 10/10 for customer service. Perhaps a simpler job would be better for him. We wanted a 2 in 1 toilet sink fitted in our guest downstairs toilet.
