Rob gave me a very competitive price for fitting my kitchen. He and his team did the job promptly and to a very high standard. He left my kitchen spotless and I'm very happy with his work. Since then Rob has helped me with other renovations around my home including plumbing, electrics, decorating and other general renovations. He always finds creative solutions to issues that may arise and has great interior design ideas. For many years I had put up with a cramped bathroom and separate W/C that was old fashioned and dated. Krystian very accurately quoted for the work to knock together the rooms and create a highly modern wet room. Much building work was required with wall removal, floors and existing materials and throughout this rather dusty and mucky process Krystian kept my house tidy and cleaned up after himself every day which I very much appreciated. The finished product I could not be happier with, I chose some very expensive tiles and bathroom suite which Krystian fitted perfectly with a lot of attention to detail. I am a fussy person and for me the finer details are everything. For anyone considering Krystian I would highly recommend his services, so much so that I have future plans for more work and will only consider him for the job.

Gareth communicated well and had some great ideas for this job. We ordered the fencing from the supplier he trusts to provide quality fencing and he did the fence on the day the supplies arrived and the day after that. Fence consists of concrete kick boards and posts, looks great and we are happy with it. Prices were excellent. Issue with clear up of old fence and undergrowth as the van was out of action, so could unfortunately not give a 5 star.

Josh & his buddy are friendly and it’s all fun and games till they have to do some proper work… Here’s how it all went so wrong: They lack any understanding of time keeping; what should’ve taken 1 month ended up taking 3 months. Excuses were made even though the timeline had been confirmed beforehand. They do not have the correct equipment - Just about had enough tools to dig with, didn’t have a mixer or levels or even a pop up ladder. They cost me extra because they don’t fully know what they’re doing. No planning skills - Did not know what was needed until it was too late; I had to buy extra things all the time due to their lack of planning or estimation. Wasted time and money. Do not understand how to damp proof a floor - This is the major issue I faced after they’d gone and left. Lots of damp coming in and destroying the concrete laid on the dpm. Each side of the building faces this issue because the dpm was laid incorrectly as pointed out by other builders who came to quote for the fix… because these fools wanted money before even investigating. Messy - They refused to clean up the drive where they had caused a mess with the concrete mixing and when asked about it, stopped responding to my calls and messages. To summarise, these two Chuckle brothers are better off working for a construction company who can give them all the instructions to do a job properly because Lord knows they can’t operate on their own initiative.
