Charles and his team installed an artificial lawn in my back garden. It was quite a physical job as they had to remove substantial amount of earth to be able to level the ground. They done an amazing job, taking extra care to ensure we get to enjoy the lawn for many years to come. Charles and his team were extremely professional and would highly recommend to anyone.

Quite literally the worst tradesman I have ever worked within 25 years as a property developer! He came and quoted to paint my house (a good price I must say), little did I know that this meant he would spray everything that he can see, not prepare the surfaces by sanding them down or protects things. This included door handles, hinges, radiators, alarms sensors, tiles and my own furniture and cooking utensils. First time I confronted him about this he said that we would clean everything, and we agreed to carry own. However, it became apparent that we was doing the same as previously discussed. have paid hi 66% of what was agreed, I quickly realised that the damaged he has caused was going to cost me far more and I told him to leave. The next day he turned up at my house with his wife demanding the balance which I refused to give him, they were both shouting outside my house, threatening to call the police. I eventually agreed to pay the 50% of what was left, just so that they would leave. However, even once he had confirmed writing his acceptance of this, he walks over to me and threatened me one final time, saying that he will take me to court etc, there is god and he will see to me! I advise to stay away from this person, better to pay a little more and work with professionals who don't agree with one thing and do another. He paints using a spray, which means you can not touch anything up and he quite literally paints everything he sees!!

Yusmen is very knowledgeable and experienced in various jobs. For my flat he painted a bedroom fully (including filling in some cracks in the room),repaired and painted a mouldy ceiling corner, repaired &painted an external window sill, put some tiles in bathroom & painted the window frames. Overall I am very pleased with his work. He takes pride in his work & has high standards for his work quality. His price was reasonable and affordable. And he cleaned up very well during and after his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again in future & would highly recommend him to friends & family as well. Thank you Yusmen!

First of all I am a professional landlord. I needed to find a new electrician as my last one that had I had been using for the last 12 years was becoming painfully unreliable. In the past I would only use NICEIC electricians. The quotes I received from mybuilder.com were from one extreme to the other extreme. For some reason I decided to take on Mehdi from M F Building Services, it may have been because he was registered with Napit & that he did not have any feedback what so ever, my thinking for this was I'm sure he is going to be good & reasonable to get on the ladder with feedbacks. His quote was not the cheapest but fair. He produced his badge and insurance both of which I have copies for my records. (I also checked him out with Napit registration.) In the past I would only use NICEIC electricians but I have read about Napit and have seen it growing over the last few years. Anyway back to the job and feedback for Mehdi . His price was accepted for the job. Mehdi gave me a date and time and arrived 10 minutes early. The job was completed and an invoice and Napit minor works certificate supplied. After this I asked Medhi if he could do an electrical safety test for one of my properties that was becoming due. Again date and time was kept and the test carried out and a Napit Safety Certificate supplied. As a person/electrician he is friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I have today given his number to one of the managing agents that I deal with.
