He done loft conversion which he did a great job. Completed it in 6 months which in 2 months less agreement. He kept it well done tidy. He done what we had asked to do and completed on. He had a good customer service easy to contact and sort out any issue. I would recommend him to anyone for his work.

We would DEFINITELY work with Kokorelia Architects again!!! :) We worked with Kokorelia Architects to finish up the plans and submit them to the council and all through the building project. Alexia and Lida are very approachable, very reasonable and easy to deal with. Sadly we had many problems with the Builders and Kokorelia architects helped us all through this episode which has been quite intense.

This was made all the easier by Alan's calm and friendly demeanour, making collaboration effortless and free-flowing discussion a breeze. In addition to being attentative, Alan incorporates technical and design recommendations and offers insights from personal experience to serve up additional options for your consideration, which I've never experienced before having worked with planning SMEs on many occasions. 100% RECOMMENDED Michelle and her partner measured up and competitively quoted within a short space of time. She was then very patient and supportive when unforeseen planning issues popped up and set the start date back by quite some time. Once building started, all questions were promptly answered by either the site manager or Michelle, both being available at all times. I was away for the duration of most of the job and it was very reassuring to know that I was leaving it all in capable and honest hands. The workers were very proficient and tidied up after themselves at end of each day. They also put in some very long hours at times to hasten the work. I was also impressed by the handling of unexpected problems during the building (mainly invasive tree stumps!). I am absolutely thrilled with the end result. High quality workmanship and a beautiful building which I am sure will last many years. I would certainly recommend them without a doubt.

Bekim is diligence personified. His communication beginning to end was amazing. Upon arrival he was very respectful and courteous. He carried out the work (removing a bedroom radiator and capping the pipes) to an amazing standard. He also found a split pipe underneath the floorboards and swiftly identified a solution Once completed he left his work area as it was found. In conclusion Bekim is brilliant, his pricing and flexible availability would be suitable for anyone. I will definitely be calling him again for further work, you should too!
