Nothing is payable until you have signed the work off. We choose between two methods at the survey rather than by price list. Hot water extraction is the deep clean for a floor that has been left off a maintenance cycle, and with air movers running it is dry to the touch in two to four hours. Low moisture encapsulation uses a fraction of the water and returns a floor to use within the hour, which suits corridors and tight turnarounds. Every job carries 10 million pounds public liability cover, with a method statement, risk assessment and COSHH sheets supplied before the first visit, and DBS checked operatives named in advance.
