Just ignoring the situation will not go away as I am now in receipt of your insurance documents and want to resolve amicably. I put you on notice to get in touch within 7 days. If I do not hear back I'm afraid I will have to start the legal processes as you give me no other option. We hired Sorin and Robert to refurbish my elderly parents’ bathroom, and they were outstanding from start to finish. They arrived on time each day, worked with professionalism, and left everything spotless. Costs for labour and materials were clearly explained upfront, with no hidden surprises. They communicated clearly throughout, updating us on progress and explaining any issues with thoughtful solutions. The finished bathroom is beautiful. Sorin and Robert showed great care, respect, and craftsmanship—making the whole process stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

You NEED Housi on your project, they took the stress out of our renovation!! We would highly recommend! We got in touch with Housi to help with ideas to renovate a new property I was buying. Holly from Housi helped us with architectural and industry advise throughout the process even before starting full design services which helped me understand my budget more and where items from the survey and my design ideas could overlap. As I was trying to limit costs, Housi helped develop a phased approach to the works as well as assessing options to have a self contained rental unit to bring in income to pay for the final works later. Overall, Holly helped us find minimal abortive works whilst trying to maximise value and functionality. As well as design strategy, she helped us submit a licence to alter application as we found out the house was under a covenant agreement, and managed the project through tender also - meeting with builders and getting quotes. Most importantly, she was able to advise us where builders may be overcharging so we could assess the right builders for us. Working with Housi really made a difference to our project by helping us understand the different stages of a renovation. Holly offered so much more advice and reassurance than any previous professionals we had worked with on our last house and even helped us source re-claimed steel as we wanted to be as circular as possible.

Hired Ali to remove wallpaper and to decorate two bedrooms next to some other tasks. It all started quite well with him making good progress in getting off the wallpaper, filling and making good the walls but then it deteriorated rapidity. Project management was chaotic, protection of surfaces spotty and the young guy he brought in to finish the decoration clearly lacked decorating skills and attention to detail. Walls were stripy, paint splashed on carpet, newly set sockets were painted over, Mastic applied around doors and skirting looks dirty and messy and and and….It was me instead of Ali that did the quality control but it was a hopeless task as Ali’s staff clearly lacked experience and knowledge. At the end I’ve just wanted to get them out and accepted a substandard finish. Ali is a nice guy and tries his best, but based on my experience, I could not make a recommendation

Jeton and his men replaced 23 fence in my garden within two days! The price was reasonable, negotiated and agreed, they are VERY reliable, efficient and hard working. They tidy and clean up after them, did more work in the garden then agreed for free! I’ll definitely recommend them. Fantastic people!!

Absolutely superb! Fantastic job! Demolished the front wall of my home and reconstructing it in London Multi-Stock Brick. Looks brand new and in keeping with the brickwork of the house! Denis and his team were fantastic. Arrived before 8am start everyday, was incredibly polite and courteous and worked hard to deliver the job on time and on budget, whilst doing everything he could to ensure that the job was not disruptive to myself or my neighbours. He and his team did an excellent job in carrying out the task and completed the job exactly how he described. I've even had other builders comment on how good the job looks and how it's turned out! Would recommend Denis wholeheartedly to anyone looking to have a fantastic job done on their brickwork! 10 out of 10! Would instruct him in a heartbeat on other projects!
