Zerin and Todor were amazing from the first moment they came in to provide an estimate till the very last moment. Excellent professionalism, high attention to detail and great communication. They walk us through every step of the process, they were very diligent with cleaning after every single day and their work was exceptional! We love our new staircase and wall paneling so much that we’re now discussing additional jobs. Thank you both for your hard work and for transforming our house.

Arrian is a top bloke. it was a joy for my nan to have someone with his attitude & work ethic make her garden great again. she was a florist for her whole life and her garden is her prized possession. proper shape of up of her hydrangeas & re weaving the vines along the hatch fence. he was more than happy to take direction from nan in trimming the rose bush to her image. thorough mowing of the lawn including trim of rogue blades round the patio. watered the lot & jet washed the patio to top it off. he weren't shy to sit and have a tea n a chat with her. building relationships with your clients is something up and coming gardners often overlook. TLDR; if u want a really, REALLY nice looking garden, Arrian is your bloke. he made my nan jump for joy & shes 92! how he got her to jump i'll never know, so clearly got a sprinkle of magic up his sleeve too.

They completed a lot of work in the house to a high standard at a reasonable cost including plastering/skimming of walls, floors and skirting built and fitted, doors fitted, new taps installed, lighting fixtures fitted, new lighting sockets chased into the wall. We decided to reach out to Victorian Sash Windows a few months back, to have all windows in our Victorian house In Islington replaced with Timber Sash Windows as our current windows were non original uPVC windows which looked unsightly. We was blown away not only by the level of customer service we received throughout the process, but the craftsmanship and attention to detail put into every window. Before measuring up all the frames we was given a full consultation covering every aspect of what we was looking for and the options available. Matthew the Surveyor was very sensitive to the details and character our property had and has restored them perfectly. Unfortunately due to a busy work schedule I was unable to oversee the instalment process, but this wasn’t an issue. I was given frequent updates and feedback whenever needed and kept in constant contact with Victorian Sash Windows throughout making the hole process easy and stress free. Before completion I was given the chance to sign off every window with Matthew to insure I was happy with the level of craftsmanship, needless to say each window was perfect. We weren’t much concerned with the added heat and sound insulation benefits but these were certainly noticeable upgrading to planitherm double glazed comfort units. I have since recommended Victorian Sash Windows to friends and family and they have revived the same level of customer service and quality of work throughout. A brilliant company with dedicated staff, I couldn’t be happier.

Replaced carpets in bedrooms, hall and stairs with engineered wood floor. Installed new wardrobes in the bedrooms. Applied new silicone and new grouting on tiles in kitchen. Applied new silicone in bathrooms. Painting and decorating of ground floor and kitchen. I found Garo to be extremely reliable, always on time, polite and honest with his dealings. He was on budget, no hidden extras, and was very attentive to detail. Most importantly, I found him to be available to answer questions I had. He finished the job within the agreed time frame and left my property in a clean condition. I was very impressed with his work.

I found Gavin to be extremely professional, polite and punctual! I needed a complete job on my ground floor studio. He was careful with my furniture (moving it around carefully in my absence) and was also careful about my two cats who didn’t seem to mind him at all! He helped me with the colour choice - advising me where I asked and also cleared up completely every day! I would recommend Gavin Harvey to anyone.

A very experienced and competent electrician who knows exactly what he is doing. Leaves the work area as clean as he found it. No problem whatsoever with the conduct of his work or behaviour or attitude. Polite, respectful and friendly and patient and tolerant and accommodating. Gives good advice about the issues at hand, enough to make an informed choice. Not sure about his charges though, given the current unprecedented economic climate. Will most definitely hire him again and again and recommend him to my friends and family. Happy with his overall performance. By Dr Emma Maddy
