Avoid The Roofinator Ltd – Poor Workmanship, Unreliable Service I hired The Roofinator Ltd to clean the moss off my roof, bird-proof the solar panels, and inspect for any roof issues (Quote #12150). Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing and left me with more problems than solutions. Incomplete Moss Cleaning: They stopped after cleaning barely 10% of the roof, saying they couldn’t complete the job to the agreed quality. This was despite a clear agreement and upfront payment for full moss removal. Terrible Bird Proofing Work: They used very poor-quality mesh on only three corners of the solar panels and left one side completely open. The finish was sloppy, with corners exposed and materials that won't last. Not the “quality materials” they promised in the quote. Potential Roof Damage: They removed roof tiles to create a walking space but didn’t reinstall them properly. Now I’m left with uneven and potentially leaking spots on the roof. I'll edit this once I get respons

What a great experience we had with Louis. He is honest and gets the job done efficiently with great attention to detail. He did such a good job with our terrace. We had some problems that really needed a professional solution and Louis planned and executed it brilliantly. Instead of looking for excuses for things that could be a problem Louis had a great solution for everything we came across and was positive the whole time. Would highly recommend Louis, we already have him booked in for more jobs.

I hired Ben to do a really complex job installing natural Italian white marble in my Fulham bathroom. It involved about 100 mitre joints and epoxying and and polishing these joints to make the tiles look like solid pillars. Ben’s price was lower than the other quotes that I got, and when he came, i think it became apparent that maybe he’d underquoted for the job. Ben was adamant that finishing the job as promised was the main priority, and didn’t compromise on his delivery in any way. Ben stuck to the price and didn’t try to renegotiate or deprioritise the job. Can’t believe how good the job looks. Ben was also a nice guy, very tidy, very friendly, very funny. Would definitely recommend BNC tiling for any job, large or small. Top job from a top man

Contracted to provide options for a new garage office and storage solution. They turned up promptly and were very polite and professional. Through many discussions they ultimately offered up a very good bespoke solution for our situation and once planning is approved we will have no issue with looking to them to complete the actual build. We have had a lot of issues in the past finding reliable trades but with ArhiTERRA design and build we felt confident in their ability to both visualise and implement the build as well as follow through on their promises. I would say that for anyone considering discussing a project with them that it is worth your time to at least have a meeting with them and judge for yourself.
