Chris is just amazing! From the day he came to quote through to completing the initial work we advertised, he has been great - very polite and he actively listens to what the job is and provides good discussion on options/best solutions, if you're not entirely sure. He is a very conscientious and methodical workman and one who leaves a job tidy afterwards, which is getting more rare, unfortunately. Chris completed such an excellent job on fitting the doors and frames initially advertised, that we are also currently using him to lay floors (which I can also confirm look fantastic 😃), building a fence and fitting fascia/guttering, to name a few. He is very competitive in his quotes and extremely reliable and we can totally recommend him.

Great bunch of lads! This was a major residential renovation project. BIT were punctual, clean and their knowledge and experience were second to none. Ryan was quick to answer my post, to organise the fix within 24 hours and to complete it. There was good communication with Ryan and he was very polite and courteous. Ryan completed the work quickly and perfectly. He charged a reasonable price and also cleaned up afterwards. Definitely recommend Ryan and will use him again.

Excellent job! Very quick and efficient service all round from start to finish. Came out on the first day with a very reasonable quote then start the next and finished two days later what more could you ask for. Very professional, friendly and honest even saved us money by telling us what work we thought we needed done but actually didn’t. Highly recommend

Really positive experience with Michael. Made our downstairs mid terrace open plan, putting in a picture frame steel support to knock through two rooms. Finished job is excellent. Quick to get organised and open communication throughout. It was our first building job in Belfast and Michael was extremely helpful in talking through the process and made everything a breeze. Absolutely zero issues and everything was hassle free from start to finish. Will be using again for sure!

I couldn't commend Adam and Ryan Blakely highly enough. They helped me out at very short notice - and at considerable inconvenience to themselves - and did a superb job. Their attention to detail was extraordinary - so much so that people keep commenting on what a brilliant job they did. Absolute professionals and a pleasure to work with. Fantastic job. Priced on the Saturday, job done & completed Tuesday! Cannot recommend highly enough! Quick add on... came back to do extra work. Removing grass, laying liner and covering with stones. Very well priced and clean, tidy job as before!

John has just completed a structural renovation taking down an old stone wall to create a kitchen/diner. He dealt with the Building Control directly and took care of everything from start to finish. We have returned today from holiday and are so pleased with the work. Great job and would definitely recommend. We will be using John and team again.
