Nothing is payable until you have signed the work off. We choose between two methods at the survey rather than by price list. Low moisture encapsulation uses a fraction of the water and returns a floor to use within the hour, which suits corridors and tight turnarounds. Every job carries 10 million pounds public liability cover, with a method statement, risk assessment and COSHH sheets supplied before the first visit, and DBS checked operatives named in advance.
