I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. Matt and his Dad, Ray, did a great job for us. They completely refurbished my daughters bathroom in under 10 working days, including all plumbing, electrics, tiling and decor. Their price was very competitive and they produced good quality work. Matt was very helpful with the estimating and they completed the work to schedule and in a very tidy and clean fashion. We provided all the bathroom equipment and they fitted it. They were very helpful throughout and were very helpful in accommodating changes. The tiny snagging works required were finished within days of overall completion. I would trust Matt and Ray explicitly and would recommend them to any other potential client.

Ryan responded very quickly to our initial enquiry, and it was always easy to reach him. The work needed to be done while scaffolding was in place, and Ryan started punctually, within a few days, exactly as agreed. He took great care, and did a very thorough job, which involved pointing repairs and some new bricklaying. It was clearly important to him that we were totally satisfied before he finished. In our recent experiences with various trades, we have rarely encountered such a commitment to customer satisfaction. We would definitely recommend Brick Cleaning Company.

I cannot give enough praise to Louise for the work she has done. Professional, honest, realistic, trustworthy and hard working. She came on time to do a full quote, followed up in writing, offered various solutions and was very flexible. The work she has done was completed to an exceptional standard and she has left the house spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Louise (except it may mean she becomes even more busy and I can't use her in the future) but I am already raving about her to friends and colleagues. Hass from comforrooms responded to the Job made an appointment and came to visit to inspect the place , discuss the project and take measurements. Next day I got a quote, we agreed on details and he waited for me to confirm the date. Hass is on time, professional, calm and keep his promises. He managed the material, delivery and the whole.process went smoothly, no complications. On the last day he cleared, cleaned and left nonrubbish behind. In the end due to some complications with scheduling over the Christmas break, I was unable to proceed with the job (completely my fault due to an ongoing property purchase). However Voyt was extremely pleasant to transact with , was knowledgeable on flooring and you could tell he knew what he was talking about ! Also very easy to communicate with. Would recommend to anyone.
