A very experienced and competent electrician who knows exactly what he is doing. Leaves the work area as clean as he found it. No problem whatsoever with the conduct of his work or behaviour or attitude. Polite, respectful and friendly and patient and tolerant and accommodating. Gives good advice about the issues at hand, enough to make an informed choice. Not sure about his charges though, given the current unprecedented economic climate. Very good service. I ordered a toilet cistern, and it turned out to be faulty. Harj had to come over twice but only charged me once. Highly recommended.

We were very happy with the work from Andrei. The job was quite complicated with difficult runs of pipework and a small amount of building work needed also. The job was completed with no issues and Andrei was happy to deal with any complications that came up. We will be happy to use him again on future works.

Hired to paint several wooden door frames and repair/repaint a damp stain. The job was completed efficiently and to a high standard. Pavel was punctual, tidy and respectful of the space. Pricing was reasonable and communication was clear throughout. I will hire again and recommend to others.

Alex Cox is a very professional builder and skilled tradesman who has worked for me to the highest standards of workmanship. He is always reliable and has demonstrated integrity on all occasions. Alex is a skilled electrician and provides through his company Melco a full range of building services. I own a Victorian mansion block of flats in Bethnal Green and Alex has been responsible for all aspects of building maintenance and flat refurbishment schemes since 2014 or thereabouts.

Adam and his team were great! Really professional, punctual and tidy. They completed a lot of work in the house to a high standard at a reasonable cost including plastering/skimming of walls, floors and skirting built and fitted, doors fitted, new taps installed, lighting fixtures fitted, new lighting sockets chased into the wall. We would definitely hire them again. Highly recommend.

The painter and decorator completed the job with exceptional attention to detail. Their choice of colors and precision in execution transformed the space beautifully. Additionally, they adhered to the timeline, demonstrating professionalism and skill. Highly satisfied with the results.

After hiring Petru, it was very clear from the offset of the project that he was a very patient individual with high attention to detail and a good listener. As a individual who pays great attention to detail myself, it was very important to me that I received this same level of service from the person hired to work for me, I was not disappointed with Petru. He listened to all I had to say, answered all questions before and during the project and was not satisfied until I was more than 100% happy with the job that was done. After conversations with Petru it was a much better idea to replace the posts instead of correcting their vertical line as they were not straight along the entirety of the row of posts. He was so meticulous with the work that he also impressed my neighbors, so much so that 2 of them hired him for other works within their homes. This was also the same for me. I rehired Petru to build and complete a patio in the garden with a soak-away. Once again I was very impressed with his attention to detail and charisma whilst completing this project for us. He made sure at every step we were happy with his work and the way the Patio was being shaped and constructed. We only have good things to say about Petru as he went above and beyond my expectations. He worked rain or shine and always had a smile. I'm happy to say that he is my builder going forward for other jobs in the future and I am happy to personally recommend him to anyone else should they require it.

Could not recommend more highly, the best client service and product I have ever received. This is a father and son team who absolutely shattered expectations - we genuinely consider ourselves so lucky to have found David and his father and couldn't be happier with their service. On the first meeting their expertise was immediately obvious, with just a single walk through of the property being enough for them to identify what we needed and pick up on details that only comes from years and years of practical experience. That set the tone for rest of the relationship, with there being so many instances of them going out of there way with no other intention than to provide the best client outcome possible. Here are just a few examples that show their genuine client care and professionalism: - David was constantly available on WhatsApp or the phone to answer questions or provide advice with almost instant responses. I don't think I've ever experienced better client service in any context. - David and his dad personally ran around London for days trying to find replacement doors that fit the frames, picked up paints from the store, found and purchased appropriate fittings like door stops, light switch covers etc. - these small things were taken care of us with just us needing to approve options they found in store. It was a massive time and stress saver for us. - we were doing this on the fly so evolved our requirements almost constantly throughout the project - these were always accommodated and not only that, with such a positive and helpful attitude that it made our lives so much easier - when retiling the bathroom they informed me they would have to take the cabinets out to tile underneath - I suggested they could tile around it but insisted that it should be done in case we ever wanted to replace the cabinet. They did this at no extra cost to ourselves, just extra work for them which underscores their professionalism. - they gave proactive advice on so many aspects of the project, including the most appropriate paints and floor varnishes, proactively identifying design faults that we were not aware of and remediating them (e.g. very oddly placed light switches), identified a pretty shoddy job of repairing a leak in the loft and future proofed it for us which is again something we would never have been aware of until another leak occurred, they even proactively put a small sliding door into the bathtub panelling (no extra cost) to ensure any future plumbing issues could easily be investigated. - they were unbelievably clean which was such a nice bonus - the property was immaculate at the end of every day, and for me that showed a level of respect for clients and the property that is so hard to find. - measurements - they took care of all of these for us , including tile measurements, blinds, garden edging etc. - it was such a luxury to be able to just be told how much of each needed to be ordered and they were 100% accurate - again such a time and stress saver for us. These are just some examples of our experience, I can honestly say that this is the lever of service we received throughout. With such an amazing service you might think that they would have charged a premium. This was not the case, in fact the opposite, I could easily see another contractor charge 2-3 times what we paid, and it is particularly impressive when you consider the flawless finishing and breadth of work they undertook - the whole house repainted (walls, ceilings, cabinets), the flooring sanded and revarnished plus carpet upstairs taken out and floorboards repaired, painted and varnished, garden landscaped, bathrooms retiling, fireplace retailing, toilets replaced, light switches rewired etc - it was a full makeover. They also achieved all this in 2 weeks - that is no mean feat but is even more impressive when you consider that our requirements were constantly evolving - they took all in their stride and just replanned sequencing of activities to accommodate us. We have since passed David's details onto no less than 5 friends who have all been absolutely delighted, so we've put our recommendation into practice!
