His work and team are respectable, professional and punctual and have completed a brilliant job on the property. Very impressed by the service I received from Josh. The work completed included replastering my living room wall and skimming to remove artex from most ceilings in the house. This was done to an extremely high standard and his rates were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend his services to others.

Michael came out to replace my guttering and I cannot praise his workmanship enough. He came when he said he would and was very professional throughout. He left our property as he found it. Double extension and the side of the property, including new roof, facia’s and gutters. After receiving a few quotes from other builders, we found R&M property group. Thom & Jon visited us to talk through the process and we were impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. We were very conscious of staying within our budget, and they quickly put our minds at ease by providing us with a full break of costs for each item of work. We agreed a date for the work to commence in the spring, and except for a couple of minor hiccups early on with the build (none of which were R&M’s fault!) the process has ran really smoothly and the communication throughout has been great including the quality of work. We’ve also had lots of neighbours comment on the work and they have told us they’d definitely consider using R&M in the future based on what they’ve seen.

Rob did a great job. That I was imagine installing dishwasher and washing dryer were a simple job. After Rob verified my kitchen cabinet, water supply and drain. It is not an simple job. He immediately provided solution to me. And go out for buying required parts. Finally, he has fixed and successfully installed both appliances. I definitely recommend Rob. Thanks Rob.

Chris recently worked at my house on a lot of things: 1. Gut bedrooms in eaves of bungalow, build new storage cupboards along eaves, insulate all wall and ceiling spaces with Kingspan, plasterboard/plaster, install new floorboards where necessary and make new external doors for both rooms. 2. Lay slate floor tiles in dining room and hallway. 3. Plaster as necessary following rewiring (including full ceiling in study and all walls in hall/stairway. 4. Paint exterior of bungalow (including 3 chimney stacks and minor roof repairs - work on chimneys ongoing due to change in weather). I would not hesitate to recommend Chris. His work is to a very high standard and he is very tidy and happy to find time to do the little extra bits that are not necessarily part of his work-scope without adding them to the bill, i.e. helping put up new curtain poles, rehang pictures and move furniture around. Some of the works, particularly those to our bedroom, were undertaken whilst we were on holiday - Chris took the bed to pieces as we left and we returned to find he had tidied as far as he could and reinstalled the bed! For the earlier works he also worked competently around re-plumbing and rewiring works with no delay to his anticipated schedule. All works completed on schedule, exterior painting only not complete because we did not give him the task until late September - he has managed to remove all shrubbery from around exterior, clean off all old loose paint and mould and give all walls 2 coats of paint. Chimneys have 1 coat and his ladders are still in place awaiting a spell of dry weather!
