Craig and Mark demolished my large shed . Their price for the job was fair. They tidy up and removed all of the rubble from the site. They are friendly, polite and very hard working. Yes, if I had the opportunity I would hire them again.

Ben and his colleagues have done a brilliant job of re-rendering the outside of my house in South Warwickshire. I really can't fault the team's work. They were all very keen to ensure that we were happy with the work. The project was undertaken in some challenging weather conditions at times and we did have some delays as a result. Communication was excellent. We always knew what was happening. I would very highly recommend BespokeBuilds to anyone needing rendering or plastering. Excellent!

Restoration & Refurbishment- 20 Sep 2016
Steve and his team were an absolute asset at the start of the project. His attention to detail and numerous suggestions were very much appreciated. All of the work carried out was exceptional. Steve is personable and it has been a difficult for me to leave negative feedback. The standard of work I received in the latter stage of the project was mediocre at best. I know Steve is passionate about wanting to rectify all issues but is incapable of delivering. Certain issues I was happy to overlook such as him deciding to change my chosen kitchen without discussion with me, ordering grey radiator instead of black, ordering victorian style taps for bathroom when I had provided details of the modern taps I wanted and being told I owed an additional 10k because my previous payments had not been accounted for. In November 2015 I was told all extensive works would be complete in April 2016. Endless failed deadlines and poor communication has meant the work has not been completed in October 2016. Faulty electrical wiring, damp, missing carpentry, spilt paint on furniture and new flooring, miss matched plug sockets (originally put in wrong position) are just a few of the outstanding issues. Approx 6 deadlines have been given to rectify but there is no attempt to complete. I have spent 55k with Steve and have been left to resolve these issues at my own expense.

Very pleased with our new composite decking area fitted by Aaron & Jake of ProjectOutdoors. They worked well in very trying weather conditions and did a first class job , their work was to a high standard. They kept the site tidy every night . We would definitely recommend them to others and will be happy to use them again in the future.

Tom and his team were hired to demolish a garage, remove a large section of decking, lay a sandstone patio, build a dwarf wall with a gate, and create a large hardstanding area for two vehicles. Partway through the project, I also requested an additional wall to be built. The team arrived promptly at 8:00 am on Monday and worked tirelessly throughout the five days they were on site. They completed all the work to a high standard and even arranged for a roller shutter door company to visit and take measurements for a new door. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with Tom keeping me informed at every stage of the project. The work was completed on time, and the team ensured everything was thoroughly cleaned up before they left, leaving the area neat and tidy. I would highly recommend Tom and his team for their professionalism, hard work, and attention to detail.
