Good clear communication, turned upon time, very competent in what he’s doing, explained everything as he went along, left everything clean and tidy and insisted on vacuuming the bits in my house where there was a little bit of mess. Stephen responded very promptly to our message and was able to meet with us to discuss the job within a couple of days. The quote was provided shortly after our meeting and work started a couple of weeks later. The job, rotten bay window sill replacement, was of a very high standard. Stephen and his colleague were punctual, communicated throughout the process and very professional. I would recommend highly. Good price, friendly and great communication and high quality workmanship.

I gathered several quotes for a variety of indoor and outdoor jobs on a relative new build property. Jacobs quote was full and comprehensive and he got off to a great start, promptly showing as promised and identifying exactly the extent and scope of the job which was meticulously listed in his communication. The job was labour intensive, with hardcore digging and extensive cabling. He worked for two solid weeks installing an outdoor system using LED strips around raised decking, sunken lighting around the drive perimeter and staired side entrance, spa points and future proofing for additional garden bed lights. He completed balcony lighting and indoor jobs too many to mention. What a find he is. We are simply overjoyed with the results, it’s stunning and you would never guess there had been such disruption. It’s immaculately completed, he stayed overtime to leave everything pristine and true to word completed everything on time,to cost and quality. We have had at least 2 dozen trades supplying work for our home including other electricians. Some have been better than others but Jacobs work ethic pride and enthusiasm make him a unique resource. As you can tell after two weeks we are hugely grateful to him for delivering and could go on further as to the quality of his work.
