Chris came over and seemed very professional, however, since then I know he's not. Chris quoted us a 4 weeks estimate for the works, however took 10 weeks all in all. Chris said he would have someone on site to work every day and that he wasn't doing others jobs, however days went by with no works carried out and he was really hard to reach at times. Since the jobs been completed he is now holding me ransom for extra pay for works he claims I haven't paid for which I have (and some of this work were repair jobs to damages him and his men caused). I have had 2 plumbers out since to fix leaks and both have called him a cow boy. He hasn't returned my house keys and wont give me my gas certificate (and also tried holding back the electrical certificates at one point - which I went behind his back to get). It was cash-in-had so no tax for him to pay. He is also now threatening me with legal action. The guy is a JOKE. DO NOT USE!

Samuel was punctual, clear spoken and did everything I wanted to a T. I have several guitar pedals I use on stage and and I needed a shelf for them, away from my feet, next to the amp, as I don't like anything in front of me while playing. Samuel listened to what I wanted, told me what was doable and completed the job, pronto. I couldn't be happier. He finished on time, and obviously takes pride in his work.
