Daniel quoted comprehensively and clearly for both jobs that I needed, building an extension and a raised patio at the end of the garden. He worked extremely hard and diligently every day. Also he would summarise what he would do next and we discussed any changes etc and which tiles or render I preferred. I am very happy with both the patio and extension and Daniel finished everything off to an excellent standard and went above and beyond the quote. I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him highly.

Birchwood came and did the repair of our downpipe and replaced another old, broken pipe. They also did some repair on the flashing on the roof. They were super efficient and skilled and dealing with them was a pleasure. I would recommend them highly.

I am very happy with the job done. It was carried out very professionally and in a transparent and sensitive manner. Thomas explained everything he was doing, he put the dust sheet on the floor and cleaned up when he finished. He is very polite and pleasant, his work was really satisfactory, not only for me but also for Vaillant engineer. Arven and his team did an excellent job decorating our bedroom and hallway/stairwell. The quality of the preparation and finish was outstanding, with great attention to detail throughout. All filling, sanding, painting, and woodwork were completed to a very high standard. They were reliable, professional, hardworking, and kept everything tidy while they worked. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the completed job has completely transformed the space. I would highly recommend Arven and will be using him again in the future.
