Russell was very reliable and attentive. He listened to what was required and reassured us that the repairs needed to our roof were not excessive. He supplied his quote promptly and broke down the costs for each element of the job. He was punctual and hard working and completed the job in two days despite the weather. We have no reservations in recommending Russell. He did exactly what we required at a very reasonable price very promptly with no issues.

Joshua and his team have done a marvelous job in my garden; which was a flattened waste area. They have been adaptable and interpreted my ideas into a wonderful reality. Even when asked for original plans to be changed they were always amenable to accommodate. It was a joy to have such polite young men to work in the garden. Ginny did a great job tiling our small toilet - Tricky job with not much space to work in - but was successful - she did a lot preparation for the job was very meticulous and as a result the final result looks immaculate. She communicated how the job was progressing well and involved us in any decisions that needed to be made. She also went extra mile to get the specific colour of grouting. All in all great job.

I believed Richards previous clients and was excited to instruct him. However Sadly he has messed me around for 5 months. We agreed a price / work and he said he would start in May. However he took on another job and pushed my garden to mid June. On 7th June he sent an email with invoice stating he would start on 19th June and I needed to pay 2/3rd of the agreed sum on that day £4,226. Sadly my bank refused to send such a sum and phoned me the next day. I asked Richard if I could pay for materials now and the surplus on 19th when he started - this was not acceptable. I spoke with the bank and sent the complete funds the following day. However, unbeknown to me he had already sent an email stating he could not work without trust. As I’d paid the full funds I hoped he would change his mind - he did not. He returned the funds two days later. I don’t often get upset but having trusted him and waited 5 months I am truly gutted. In the mean time - having ordered the greenhouse and bought plants ready for my new garden - I’m hoping the greenhouse doesn’t get broken and I’ll struggle to keep the plants alive whilst I search again for another gardener - and trust/hope they actually turn up.

Tiarnan arrived with his mum. I'd told him it needed a good strimmer/hedgecutter and to attack it. Instead he and mum snipped at it with a pair of hand shears. At first of slight drop of rain they disappeared and never returned. Not the right man (or Mum) for the right job, eh? It's not beyond anyone with right tools. I'm 76 and disabled but started tackling it today BUT I'd be more than happy to hand-on to the right guy. The job is still open! TC instead he and mum

Kye is a lovely lad, polite, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. I don't really want to leave this review because it's hard to find good people and I don't want him to be booked up because I want him to myself 🤪 Kye hung 4 internal doors for me which required cutting to size. I was going to do the job myself and I'm glad I hadn't as the amount of tools required to do this properly was insane. He worked throughout the day without needing any input from me and simply got on with the job and cleaned up after himself when he had finished. I can't recommend him to you though I'm afraid, because I've got a lot of jobs I need doing. Seriously though, he's a good lad, a hard worker and has a bright future ahead of him.
