Juris wasted so much of my time, it was about a dishwasher installation, first and the foremost he applied to get this job done for me..I shared multiple photos and answerd many questions before he agreed to take this Job...Just 5 minutes before the appointment he texted me and cancelled the visit... I took half day at work just for this appointment..this is extremely unreliable not transparent and unprofessional ...I am very dissatisfied.. Read the conversation below before giving him any Job

We really liked Art when we met him and were so disappointed that things ended badly. The quality of the paint job was unprofessional in many places: sloppily applied paint, improper preparation, unfinished applications. He kept calling these snags, but the issue was ubiquitous. When I pointed out that he had just painted over nails and fabric on our stairs in places he blamed the material and told me I was welcome to try myself to do better. He became totally irate and told his subcontractor to down tools and leave when I confronted him on a simple painting issue. While he initially said he would include extra painting in the £10k charge he later claimed this was a favour to me and to do it myself. He left me frightened with his anger and mood swings and my partner had to fire him. We were really bummed it ended this way and I debated leaving any review but I feel it unfair to people not to warn them.

We recently had our kitchen refurbished by Dumitru, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. He’s one of those rare builders who combines professionalism with real care for the details. He worked efficiently, kept the place tidy throughout the project, and always cleaned up after himself — which honestly made such a difference when living through a renovation. What I appreciated most was how supportive he was when it came to choosing the right materials. He guided us through the options without ever pushing, and his advice proved spot-on. The final result is exactly what we hoped for and more. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and easy to work with, I totally recommend Dumitru P.S. For anyone curious about the scope of the work: Dumitru changed our worktop, removed the old tiles and redid the flooring with laminate, installed a new cooker and hob, fitted a new sink, repaired the walls after the new boiler went in, and repainted everything. The bathroom was refurbished from top to bottom even changing the location of basin, toilet and shower. One worker employed by AGStar Ltd did the entire job including floor and wall tiling. The worker cleaned up the stairs and the hall everyday before finishing for the day. When requested to carry out additional small jobs, not part of the contract, the worker always obliged. The refurbishment of the bathroom was carried out to a very high standard by just one worker and in short period of 10 days. I would recommend this company for all building work although a little pricey!

From the onset very prompt at providing a free quote and identifying the potential problem, which other plumbers were unable to do. After a little hiccup with scheduling which Audrey and the team rectified, they turned up promptly and completed the job in the time promised with the quote promised. The work itself is very good and they were very tidy cleaning up everything before they left. And overall very mindful of the social distancing and wearing the right protection with the current pandemic situation. Would be happy to reach out to Aspray again for any work needed.

He did the extension well, brick work is good, rendering on front of house good, terrace and wall with the neighbours good ,toilet under the stairs good, dividing wall in the living room with sliding doors good, kitchen installed good. Fence wall in front of house good brick work wrong bricks but it’s ok. Herringbone parchet wrong with gaps and lifted, rendering on the side of house wrong with marks, the new boiler took 2 months to make it work and the radiators still don’t work. Electrical work bad, after bringing another engineer to check we discovered at the boiler live cut cables that were loose and veri dangerous. Took 4 months to finish job we waited one month for the plumber who either way did a bad job. Laurentiu did not finish the job because of plumbing and rendering, and we ended in bad terms, he left us money to compensate for it. I would recommend him for extensions and any brick work, he needs to improve in pluming, electrical, flooring and rendering.

Cesar was a good time keeper, therefore, reliable. Cezar was thoughtful, patient and polite and did his job well. The treadmill had to be taken apart in two pieces as space to move from house was smaller than expected. I would definitely hire Cezar again. Claudette McIntosh
