My colleague referred me to Raed who previously have had used R.Hamandi Ltd for construction work and they were very happy with the quality of service. Along with some other building company's last year I also contacted Raed for an estimate. Raed gave us a reasonable price with all the details of proposed work. He also explained about the possible options of how we could get the best value for our money. His professional and friendly advice helped us a lot to understand what exactly we needed and what was best for us to go ahead for our project. We decided to go ahead with R.Hamandi ltd. Raed gave us breakdown of the project and everything was documented. His support in communicating with council and planning related issues was valuable. All the planning permission requirements were followed. Presence of experienced and trust worthy staff including laborers, handymen, carpenters and painters really made it easy for me and family to be around and comfortable while they were working or to leave the house whenever we had to. Raed himself used to visit the site everyday to oversee the progress and used to discuss and take care of any possible issues. Raed's team used to turn up on time and the project was finished on time too. Even after the completion of the project staff at R.Hamandi ltd and Raed himself contacted us few times to find out if we're happy with the work carried out or if we needed any further assistance. Now we have a fully refurbed house with double side extension and loft conversion. Overall amazing service, professional, reliable and trustworthy. Genuinely one of the worst builders we have come across. David rewired the flat and Stefan plastered the hallway. David is NOT qualified as an electrician and cut corners wherever he could. David leveraged us for money mid job and in the end left the job without finishing and without providing a certificate. David ran cables behind door frames (awful idea), got the cheapest material, forgot where holes were for spotlights and switches among many issues which meant we had to constantly ask our builders to fill the holes and make good. Stefan did the hallway plastering without putting on mesh. The plaster cracked within 2 weeks and the paint keeps cracking and will be a constant problem. When asked to come back and fix the issue - he point blank refused. They were the cheapest quote but we really hope we had gone to someone else

Baraa is a reliable person. The job was performed as requested. He bought all the items needed for the job which made things easier for us. He fixed the boiler and fitted a sink, taps and shower amongst other things. Fast and very tidy. I highly recommend him to other people.

Ovidiu and his partner put up a new fence in my garden. I have never met him before and found him a very professional and reliable man. Both men worked from 0900 to 18430 the first day. They put up my fence with concrete posts, They took all the rubble, old fence, old plants and weeds the second day they just didn’t stop. All they had was tea all day. I honestly mean this their work was absolutely outstanding. Both very nice and honest men - Ovidiu will go far I would recommend him to anyone and will be doing do. Ben did a great job of replacing the beading around my laminate flooring and replacing door reducers. He worked really quickly and professionally and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. I would most certainly use his services again and recommend him to others.

I had Gary re-pebble dash my house. The existing pebble dashing had multiple cracks and was a bit of a patchwork where I had extensions built. Gary and his guys did a great job of preparing and then re-pebble dashing my house. It now looks like a new house! Gary turned up when he said he would, left the place clean and tidy, and he washed and swept everywhere once he had finished.
