Trusted Build London completed a full bathroom refurbishment for us, as well as some kitchen work including the sink and worktop. The quality of the work was very good, the pricing was fair, and everything was completed in a good timeframe. Communication was always clear and professional throughout the project. We are very happy with the final result and would happily recommend them to others.

Insulation- 13 Aug 2022
Lee did a great job of adding a further 200mm of mineral wool insulation to our loft after adding hoods to the downlights in the bedroom and upstair landing. He was thorough and careful at all times and completed the job in under two days in very hot weather. I particularly appreciated that he took back a roll of surplus insulation and gave us some credit for it.

Eoin was the perfect tradesman. On time, friendly, great attention to detail, and work long/hard to get the job done in the time he said he would. Job involved brick laying and repairs, repointing, helibar installs, resetting paving slabs Would definitely use again, and recommend to anyone.

Removed Two Port valves in order to get my heating to work, done incorrectly, didn’t replace it has cost me more to fix the issues created. It didn’t fix the problem and when requested to come again, was told “very busy”. Would not advise anyone to use mybuilder for Plumbers in general - use your local shop/company for reputable service

Amazing painter and decorator! Hicham saved the day for me after my wall and skirting were left in a poor state by the previous builder (see my previous job review). Hicham came to do a site visit first and kept asking me why the previous builder did this? Why he left it like this? Million dollar questions! Hicham gave me an affordable and fair quote of £200 to repair the uneven plasterwork, the poor paintwork with hardened drops, and replace the odd skirting board after I explained the situation I had been left with and how I had underpaid the previous builder by £100 to cover repairs. I quickly learned that £100 was not enough to repair the state the previous builder had left the closed in doorway wall after I got quotes of £300 and £400 from other builders. Hicham began work today, a week after the previous builder left and worked hard to sand all the uneven plasterwork, fill and also replace the skirting board. He went above and beyond and even painted the entire length of the wall on both sides so the doorway area paint would match. I was so touched by the extra efforts he made to make right the wall. He even brought a colleague to speed up the work! I was very impressed with the first-class finish of his work, I gave him a generous tip. I have kept his card and I am very grateful to mybuilder for allowing me to find a top rate painter/decorator so quickly. He deserves a 1000 positive feedbacks! If you have a grade II listed home that needs fine care, book Hicham!

Mark and his team were at my house for 5 weeks which is the time-scale we agreed. During that time I was impressed by Mark's supervision and the hard work of the team. If I had any queries he would come along himself in a timely and efficient way. I found Mark to be very professional and reliable. He is also a pleasant and polite person and so were his team. They always cleared up after each day. There were a few snagging issues after the job was finished. Mark sorted this out immediately and satisfactorily. Restoration & Refurbishment- 20 Jul 2015
We hired Zebra Property for a complete strip out and refurbishment of a GF flat. The JOB: The job included initial removal of existing bathroom, kitchen and flooring. The works itself were for a side return wrap around kitchen extension, basement refit, installation of new kitchen and bathroom, new windows (including velux) and bifold doors, tiling and complete decoration throughout. FEEDBACK: Zebra were a great company to work with on this job. Communication levels were clear. There were inevitable delays to the project but there was always a focus to get back on track and deliver as quickly as possible. The resulting finish is a high standard throughout the property, with any minor snags completed quickly. Thank you!
