Comes extremely highly recommended. Managed to solve a complex issue that another very good gas engineer could not solve. Rates are very reasonable and Adam is very friendly. I notice he doesn't have much feedback here but don't let that put you off, I have used mybuilder for ages and he is much better than others with high ratings. Thank you for solving my complex problem Adam & look forward to hiring you again in the near future.

Initially I was very happy with Christians work I had asked him to do . I then asked him to do some other jobs for me and I paid him for doing them . One of them was to change a damaged sink in my bathroom . Everything appeared to be fine so I paid him in full . He told me not to use the sink for 24 hours to make sure that sealant was completely dry . When I used the sink the following day, water was literally pouring out from underneath the sink into the drawers of vanity unit. I called him and told him what had happened and he said he would come and fix it . He didn’t turn up when he said he would so I called again and he promised me he would come and fix it . Again he didn’t turn up and again no explanation or apology ! I tried messaging and calling many times over the next 7 days but he has never replied or returned any of my messages . I have waited over a month before writing this feedback on here , giving him chance to fix the problem but I have not heard a word from him ! He was paid the money he asked me for but has not completed the work he was paid to do . In my opinion he is no better than a common thief and I would never recommend him to anyone as he is obviously not an honest person .

RNV Construction ltd was appointed for painting and decorating our building. They have completed their task within our time limit. Our contract includes 3 big houses which has 5 bedrooms, 2 receptions, 1 utility room, 1 big kitchen, 1 store room, 1 boiler room, 1 bicycle room, 5 storey staircase, 4 bathroom. 4 flats which has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen & dining and sitting room, 2 bathrooms and hallway. 3 storey staircase for flats. has finished external painting for full building like windows, walls and boundary. RNV has good finishing of paint work and we are happy to recommend to other builder and private work as well.

I had three quotes and Chris was the most competitive for the job. He was able to come and assess the job soon after making contact and provided a quote quickly afterwards. He was accommodating on timescales and on the day he and Dylan turned up bang on time and got to work quickly. He took care with mess and cleaned up well after the job. Chris consulted with me on little design decisions that needed to be made on the day and the end result is a very good job boxing in my Ikea bookcases that I just need to paint (I hadn’t asked him to do this for me). I’ve got the result I wanted for a fraction of the price of custom built cabinets. Chris is a super friendly guy who was happy to advise me on some questions I had about possible works in my home. We have two nosy dogs who love to acquaint themselves with whomever comes to the house and he and Dylan were great with them. I’d definitely hire him again.

Ionut removed and replaced the grout from a tiled bathroom and resealed a cooker hob. Has was able to do the job at short notice, which helped me out, and was on time. The work was performed to an excellent standard and I am sure the new tenant will ne happy. Many thanks Ionut.
