Tenant Complaint / Conduct Following his visit, my letting agent informed me that the tenants raised a complaint regarding his behaviour. As a result, they refused to grant him further access to the property after a phone conversation with him.On 1st May, I was informed by the letting agent that although the works were completed in line with the faults identified at the time, the issue remains unresolved. A contractor subsequently contacted the manufacturer, who advised that recent electrical work could have caused or contributed to the current issue, and that further investigation is required. 4. Lack of Response from Contractor I have attempted to contact Keith multiple times via phone and text message. He has not responded. 5. Current Position The property is now vacant and is in the process of being sold. Due to urgency, I will need to instruct an alternative electrician via the letting agent to investigate and resolve the issue. would not recommend

Worapoj and his colleague installed a shower room, bathroom and downstairs cloakroom over a period of some weeks. The work was completed to an excellent standard and we are extremely pleased with the finished results. As the house is over 100 years old, there were some structural difficulties which he provided solutions for. He and his colleague were very courteous and polite; they worked hard, made sure surrounding floors and surfaces were covered to protect them before work began and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and when each room was completed. The tiling and fitting of the bathroom and shower products were carried out to an exacting standard. They were very reliable. We were given a price and a payment plan for each job and any additional expenses which occurred (mainly due to pre-existing challenges which were not immediately obvious) were discussed and agreed with us first. We can thoroughly recommend Worapoj to anyone looking for quality workmanship.

The guy was local and he was pleasant and friendly approachable. He carried out firstly a interim service to seeing what was the issue and returned and undertook full boiler service with stripping back the boiler and giving maintenance where need. The charge was reasonable as the guy was efficient and reliable would recommend him. :-)

Quick turnaround and prompt arrival. Work completed swiftly and cleaned up after. When mirror didn't quite fit as well as it should die to design flaw Ollie went over and above to drill additional holes and properly secure. Great job don, would recommend.
