Paul and the team from Modern Attics converted our loft in Spring 2011. The job was completed on time and on budget. Every effort was made to limit the intrusion onto our lives during the conversion, particularly as we had a young son living at home. The building team were very tidy during the process and Paul's management through regular site visits, telephone calls and emails ensured a relatively stress free project. Any issues that arised were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. I would be very happy to recommend Paul and his team to anyone considering a loft conversion or extension.

Please include photos in your advert if you invite me to quote. Rates: Fortnightly garden maintenance £30 per hour. Garden clearance £40 per hour. Handywork £30 per hour. Plumbing £40 per hour. I can help with jobs around the home and garden. I am a level 3 qualified plumber but can do all sorts of household and garden maintenance tasks for you. I am an expert at weeding, amongst other things. Can fit or fix most things. You won't find better cheaper!
