Milan did a full renovation of my property. I was very impressed with his honesty and detail to all the works. He understood the work and knew it was for a family home so he took extra care and made sure things we didnt discuss he checked such as the boiler and making sure it was fully functioning properly. During the works, there were additional works and Milan took them on and didnt complain. It is safe to say from what the property looked like and to what Milan has achieved, he has definitely brought my property back to life. Milan has good morals and principals. I would recommend him to any of my contacts and recommend him to anyone looking for an honesty, well spoken builder. I will definitely be looking to use Milans services again in the future. Otto is a good person, first of all. He’s been very honest throughout the job, always communicating and adapting where necessary. He is professional and gets involved in his work. I am a trader myself so I know how to differentiate between traders. He has done plastering, painting, fitting coving, sanding floorboards to a professional standard. Douglas and his team were timely and professional. I am impressed with their expertise and they ensured that the work completed was of high quality. Good value. They went beyond just installing both a front and interior door but also took their time to ensure the area was thoroughly clean once work was completed. Thank you Douglas and Nathan for helping out getting the new door unstuck in between the staircase even though it wasn't part of your duties. I'm hoping to hire you soon for other carpentry work and some decorating throughout the flat.

We hired Manu and his team to plaster our summerhouse, relocate two radiators and fit a new bulkhead ceiling in the lounge and install LED tape. He was knowledgable, professional and considerate and I highly recommend Manu and his team. Not only did he understand the project for the bulkhead, but he came up with another suggestion which we went with, and friends and family agree looks amazing. The finish on the plasterwork is perfect and Manu and his team worked hard and even left the summerhouse cleaner than when they started! It is great to work with a team who pay such attention to detail, listen to the client and get the job done to a high standard. It was a risk to go with Manu as he didn't have any feedback when I hired him. I actually got him to quote so I could compare prices with someone else I had in mind to do the job, but when I met Manu I felt he would be the better person to do the job as he listened and understood exactly what I wanted and so I ended up hiring him instead. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for any future jobs. Thank you Manu and team!

Pali seems like a nice enough guy but unfortunately we had a very bad experience with his company. We booked his company to install some zellige tiles. We sent some instructions about how they should be installed and were reassured that his tiler had 20 years of experience and that he wouldn't have any issues with the installation. Our tiles were handmade and had taken 8 weeks to come from Morocco. Unfortuntately, Pali's tiler did not follow the guidance of leaving 1-2mm between each tile and left as much as 7mm in places. Now that the tiles have been installed, there's very little we can do to remedy the issue. Pali was initially understanding but gradually become more defensive of his tiler's work. We paid £1800 for two shower enclosures (totalling less that 15sqm). For that price, we expected someone who would take their time and pay attention to detail. Unfortunately that is not what we got. I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for high end jobs.
