Ben answered our job and offered to come visit the next day. He came along, found the issue and offered to fix it right there and then. Within a couple hours he had completed the job and there's no leak in sight - fantastic and professional service. Would definitely hire him again and recommend him.

I hired Robert from R B Sparks Ltd, Robert turn up on the day arrange and on time, Robert Removed two old outside lights and fitted two new Outside lights, Robert did a very professional Job, Robert did all the checks required and found that one of the Outside Lights were incorrect, Robert want all the way to Tonbridge and collected the correct light, and fitted the light on that day, I would Highly Recommend Robert from R B Sparks if you want a Professional Electrician.

Joe was excellent. Did a thorough job on changing my air vents, spent time trying to fix a leak in the boiler too but due to the leak not being present at the time it was hard to identify. He gave me lots of advise on whats best to do economically wise and seemed to know a lot. He didn't charge me for this boiler investigation though it took him time to take the front covers off. Would use him again.

Extremely pleased with Real Oak and their professionalism. From start to finish Phillip was a pleasure to deal with. I was kept up to date on everything that was being done, including receiving photos of the work in progress. This was important for me as I was away when the work took place. I was so please with the quality of the service provided I took the decision to extend the scope of the original request. Invoices were received after completion of the works and pricing was as agreed. I would highly recommend Phillip and will certainly be using his services again.

Simon responded promptly and arranged to do this small job the same day on his way back from another job nearby, for an agreed price. He identified two other cracked tiles and replaced these as well for no additional charge. I'd be happy to use him again if I need further roofing works. Excellent communication via text, professional approach, good workmanship and a fair price.

Can’t recommend Nick and his team enough, came round and provided a competitive quote and had availability that suited our needs. Was meant to start on the 23rd but due to the weather he messaged me well in advance to let me know he wouldn’t be coming and would be round on the 24th. Arrived exactly when he said he would and got to work straight away. They were able to level and turf our garden in about 3/4 hours and has made such a difference. Very happy with the work that has been completed and can’t recommend him and his team enough. Once the work was done his showed us and gave us a bit of post-work advance and how to maintain and get the best possible results in the next few weeks.

Alan Sims fitted my new spindles under the existing bannister rail. This had to be adapted but it looks good. Nicely done with minimum disruption. Cleaned up the area each day. He was polite & professional. I had no problem leaving him in my property. Final invoice very acceptable. Job done. I would employ him again.
