We have had quite a bit of work on our property in the last few years and the final project was to be our bathroom with the focus around a beautiful copper bath which has been sitting in the spare room waiting to be installed for nearly a year. We needed a company that could deliver a very high standard of work at a competitive price. Top building were not only very fair and competitive but wonderfully detailed in their approach both in quoting and their workmanship which is second to none. Vladimir and team understood the project from day one – made a few trips before hand which built the relationship and made myself and my husband very comfortable with our decision to instruct Top Building. What I enjoyed most is that Vladimir made great suggestions and offered money saving advice. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt the team got behind the project. The knowledge and expertise is of an exceptional level. We had a few odd jobs that needed to be done which the team (Evo and Dimitri) welcomed and efficiently completed. I very much appreciate the patience and flexibility shown by the team and Vladimir’s brilliant way of keeping us informed every step of the way. Bathroom was totally refurbished including new Walls, plastering, electrics, tiling and new boiler. It really has been a pleasure working with the team – I will most certainly be recommending them.

Ernest did complete the job but did not fix the doors into the integrated fridge freezer and with review of the job, the unit isn't actually straight or installed securely. I would not use again.

Excellent experience from start to finish with Rahmat. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the plumbing issue from the photos and description I provided, and gave a clear, fair, and very reasonable quote upfront. Communication was prompt throughout. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and independently, and fixed the problem with real care and precision. He also went the extra mile to sort a couple of additional things. Everything was completed to a high standard and left clean and tidy. Reliable, skilled, really easy to deal with, and overall a very nice person - I am really glad we hired him. Stefano is one of the best plumbers out there left. Came on time, spend 2 hours in a job and to realise a misunderstanding with the job advertised. He couldn't continue with the job, although he has spent 2hrs in the job, he proposed to not taking any money from me. All to keeping the customer happy. I'll hire Stefano all day long💯.

Both jobs were completed by Gonzalo. The boiler service was carried out with attention to detail which was reassuring. Although not a new model by any means, the new noises that the boiler had started to develop have gone. The crystalline condensate which had built up in the flue was completely cleared. The cold water "tap" at the front of the house was installed in an afternoon.This involved removing carpet and lifting floorboards, but everything was put back in good order. The pipe work and stop valve in the under stairs cupboard were neatly installed. All soldered joints proved sound against mains pressure straight off,which is always reassuring.
